Hi Fangirl😊,
It's dotted with pain and sprinkled with emotions. Seriously I enjoyed the prologue and the first part. Do want to write more about this...a much deserving long comment, but too busy at the moment. I just dropped in to say, you're doing a wonderful job, keep it up and update soon. Now I hope they would meet soon, through Sahil. BTW is Sahil gray/black/shaded or a good guy?Love,Sakura

Update soon and thank you so much for the pm:)
1900 km away in Mumbai a girl woke up thinking somebody had called out her name.
"Forgetting who you are is so much more complicated than simply forgetting your name. It's also forgetting your dreams. Your aspirations. What makes you happy. What you pray you'll never have to live without."
Swara Bose woke up with a jerk she thought somebody had called out her name. Whoever it was seem to be taking her name like it was a prayer his tone was extremely reverent. She knew it was a male voice because she had been hearing it for the past month every night. This had now become a norm she would get up because of the noise but like always maybe it was just her conscious playing tricks on her. She could never find the source of the voice. She strained her mind for the forgotten memory because her heart was telling her that the voice was familiar belonging to someone really important. The doctor had told her that she had lost some of her memories a side effect of the head injury she had sustained during the accident. However to her surprise she had forgotten everything she didn't even know her own name. . She only knew her name started with an s because she had been wearing a SS' pendant when Sahil found her .But then she heard someone calling her Swara. Who was she? We take our memories for granted thinking they will never fade but the truth is our memories shape our identity. Losing our memory means losing our sense of self. Sahil Sharma had become a good friend. She had formed a close bond with him which was further strengthened because of their common love for music. He had been helping her recover. He told her that he had found her on the banks of Hoogly while he was jogging. He had gone there for a business trip as soon as he found her he got her admitted to a hospital but as he had to return to Mumbai quickly he took her with him. Sahil had arranged a special air ambulance to transport her to Mumbai here she had been placed under the care of the finest doctors. She had remained in coma for a two months until she regained consciousness a month ago. Presently her life was a mess because she was trying to gather all the puzzle pieces to make a clear picture of her past because her past was the key to her future. Besides Sahil she knew no one in Mumbai. Sahil had grown quite fond of her. The girl had become a constant fixture in his life. When she was comatose he used to visit her in the hospital and spend hours just sitting beside her talking about anything and everything. He was elated when she finally opened her eyes now he could get to know her in the true sense. However the girl had forgotten about her past life she only remembered her name which she remembered one day out of the blue. Sahil thought maybe fate had given him another chance after cruelly snatching his loved one from him and this time he would make sure that he would not lose her.
So Swara was slowly reacquainting herself with life and Sahil was trying to win her heart this was the situation in which Sanskar entered their lives. Unknown to all his inclusion would change everything.
"Sahil do you know Sanskar Maheswari he is quite a famous business man from Kolkata. He is the chairman of Karma and Co and he wants you to sing at the opening ceremony of his music foundation. He is opening it in the memory of his diseased wife. Think about the offer maybe you can take Swara along this event would be a welcome distraction for her" His mother suggested
"Mom you know I don't like singing at these rich people parties"
"Sahil it's not a party it's more like a charity event. I think you should definitely consider going. I will ask their company representative to talk to you" She said
"Okay Mom but I don't want to talk to an ordinary representative. I want to meet Sanskar Maheswari in person otherwise this deal is off"
"Okay I will inform them than. As soon as I get the meeting details finalised I will text you" She said and disconnected the call.
Since the past month Swara had found minute details about herself. First she was a Bengali she had found that out when she had accidentally started talking to Sahil's servant easily in fluent Bengali. Second she used to make the best masla chai a tea that would often sooth her frequent headaches.
Kolkata present day:
"Sir he agreed to meet but on the condition that he meets you in person" Akash informed Sanskar.
"He wants to conduct the meeting in Mumbai I presume"
"Yes sir" Akash replied
"Okay I don't have a problem. Clear my schedule and book an earliest possible flight to Bombay. I must meet him as soon as possible. The inauguration ceremony is just a month away"
"Ok Sir I will get right to it. I will inform you off your travel itinerary as soon as I book you as seat" Akash said
True to his word Akash had booked him a flight for the next day. He went back home and told his mom that he was going on a business trip. Sujata was a bit apprehensive to send him alone but he had reassured her that he would take complete care of himself. He felt an odd sense of foreboding when the plane he could sense that something major was going to happen. He had informed Sahil's Mom of his availability now it was up to Sahil to set a meeting time. Sahil agreed to meet him after two days at Caf coffee day. He had said that he would be a bit late but he would send his friend who would keep him company till he arrived. Sanskar readily agreed. The day finally arrived and Sansakr dressed up like he would for any other business meeting. He applied Swara's favorite perfume the one she used to say would heighten his alluring scent. He hadn't used it ever since that day but today he decided to use it. This was her dream and anything that was connected to her was precious to him.
As he made his way to the designated table he noticed that it was empty. He ordered the waiter to bring him a glass of water for some odd reason his throat was running dry. He had just taken a few sips of water and was deep in thought when she arrived.
"Hi sorry I am late. You must be Sanskar Maheswari. I am Swara" She said cheerfully.
To say he was startled was an understatement he could recognise that voice anywhere. For the past three months his ears had yearned to listen to her soft melodious voice. He dropped the glass in shock. Shards of glass and water covered the table. He took a few minutes to compose himself.
"Hi sorry for a minute I thought we have met before. You resemble someone who was very dear to me"
"What happened to her? Sorry I presuming she is a she but the depth of emotion you showed can only be for a female"
"I lost her" He said
"I am sorry"
"Don't be I read somewhere that the *things we lose have a way of coming back to us in the end, if not always in the way we expect. I never thought that was true until now."
She gave him a sympathetic look. There was something oddly familiar about this guy. She also had the nagging feeling that she had met him before. The way he was looking at her astonished her for he was looking at her like a man who comes across a spring in the desert. Could she dare say that he was looking at her with eyes full of love.
