He was sitting lifelessly on a bench of the hospital. He had no emotions on his face, eyes red because of crying, hands joined silently praying to the god that nothing happens to HIS SWARA. He had seen Swara being pushed by that Rajat down the cliff with his own very eyes. Before he could do anything, Rajat had pushed her down and he could catch only her duppata. After many hours of searching, Sanskaar and the police team found Swara, lying in a pool of blood. He became numb after seeing her in that condition and hastily picked her up, taking her to the nearest hospital. And now she was in the ICU, fighting for her life. He recollected every moment spent with her;the fake marriage, the pillow fights, their late night talks, his confession, her confession, their date, their real marriage, their first night but now everything seemed like a dream...
Lakshya never saw his brother in this condition. He had seen many different shades of Sanskaar but this was unknown to him. He glanced towards him and then inside the ICU where Swara's operation was going on. He felt so bad for him and also for Ragini.
Ragini was standing with the support of the wall. She was continuously staring inside the ICU, hoping that god listens to her prayers. She felt so helpless at that very moment. She was praying that God take her life but gives back Swara's life. He went towards her and hugged her. She hid her face inside his chest.
Rag-Swara theek ho jayegi na Lakshya?
Laksh-Zaroor hogi Ragini.
He kissed her forehead lightly, assuring her. Everyone present there were not in their senses. The very cheerful, happy and bubbly Swara was inside the ICU. They couldn't even think of this in their wildest dreams that this could ever happen to SWARA. Sanskaar stumbled towards him.
The doctor came out of the ICU.
Sans-Doctor...doctor...woh woh Swara...Swara Thik hai na! Thik hai...na...doctor...plz plz kuch ...kuch boliye...plz
Sanskaar couldn't even speak properly. He was deeply affected by the incident.
Laksh-Bhai...Bhai Swara Thik hai! Aap apne aap ko sambhaliye plz! Ragini samjhao Bhai ko!!
Rag-Haan Sanskaar! Hum jaante hai humari Swara ko. Woh itni jaldi haar nahi maan sakti!
Doctor-Woh khatre se bahar hai par thodi kamzor hai. Aap log chahe toh unse mil sakte hai.
Sans-Thank u...thank u so much Doctor! Aapne mujhe...mujhe meri zindagi wapas de di! Thank u so much.
Laksh-Ab andar chalte hai.
They all went inside. Sanskaar's eyes were now again brimming with tears seeing Swara in that state. Different types of wires attached to her body and an oxygen mask on her face. He was again crying.
Rag-Sanskaar plz. Aapko strong hona padega, Swara keliye!
Laksh-Haan bhai!
Sans-Sahi kaha tune Lucky! He wiped his tears.
Swara slowly opened her eyes. Her vision was blur at first but then everything was clear. She slowly got up from the bed and stood up. Sanskaar couldnt say anything.
Rag-Swara plz baith jaao. Tum abhi kamzor ho!
Swa-Nahi Ragini main Thik hu.
Then she saw towards Sanskaar.
Swa-Mujhe pata tha tum zaroor aaoge! I missed u so much!
Sanskaar felt so happy at that very moment. He opened his arms, ready to engulf Swara in a tight hug. Swara came running towards him but something shocked him.
She ran past him and hugged Lakshya. Lakshya was so shocked at first. He looked at Ragini to be equally shocked and confused.
Swa-Lakshya mujhe pata tha ko tum wapas zaroor aaoge.
When she felt that Lakshya didn't hug her back, she looked at him.
Laksh-Swara...Swara...yeh...tum...kya
Swa-Kya hua Laksh?
But then she suddenly fainted. They immediately called the doctor. He checked her and looked up at them.
Doctor-Swara Bach toh gayi but unki aadhi memory chali gayi.
This was like a hard blow for Sanskaar. He fell down on the floor.
Doctor-Ab unko sirf apni purani zindagi ke pal aur log yaad hai aur shayad Issi wajah se inhone Lakshya ko hug kiya naa ki Sanskaar ko.
Rag-Yeh Thik kaise hogi?
Doctor-Agar inke aas paas wohi log rahe toh shayad yeh Thik ho jayegi yaani Lakshya jinse yeh pehle pyaar karti thi.
Ragini could not believe her ears. She could do anything for her sister but...but she also loved Lakshya more than anything else. She looked at Lakshya with tearful eyes. He also looked at her. He had realized his love after a long time and this happened. Ragini ran out of the ICU unable to digest so many things at once. Lakshya was rooted to the place. Sanskaar went behind Ragini and found her crying. He placed his hand on her shoulder.
Sans-Ragini...
He called out to her. She immediately wiped her tears and turned back to find Sanskaar.
Rag-Sanskaar Hume pata hai ki aapke liye yeh kitna mushkil hoga kyunki aap Swara se kitna pyaar karte hai aur...
But Sanskaar interrupted her.
Sans-Toh kya tum Swara se pyaar nahi karti?
Rag-Karti hu na kaise nahi karungi!
Sans-Toh kya tum Swara ke liye apna pyaar kurbaan kar sakti ho???
Ragini knew that he would ask this question. She turned back hiding her tears.
Rag-Haan...haan...kyun nahi...of course!
He made her turn towards him.
Sans-Tum meri saali hone ke pehle meri dost ho Ragini! Mujhe pata hai ki tum Lucky se kitna pyaar karti ho aur yeh tumhare liye kitna mushkil hoga.
Ragini couldn't control anymore. She broke down and hugged Sanskaar.
Rag-Hume pata hai ko Swara humari...humari behen hai par...par Lakshya...woh toh humara pyaar hai!
Sanskaar hugged her back.
Sans-Jitna mushkil yeh tumhare liye hoga utna hi mere liye bhi Ragini. Par hum hamari Swara ke liye itna toh kar hi sakte hai na?
Ragini broke the hug.
Rag-Thank u so much Sanskaar, Hume samjhane ke liye.
Sans-Offo Ragini dosti mein no sorry no thank u!!!!
They shared a smiled and looked inside the ICU.
Sanskaar looked towards Swara, who was still unconscious and prayed to god that she recovers soon. He knew that his love would conquer.
Ragini looked towards Lakshya, who looked helplessly towards her. Their eyes spoke many unspoken things.
This moment was a difficult one for all the 4 of them but...
EVERY DARK CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING...
