Hi!

Thank you for this much needed post. I haven't been coming to the forum due to all the negativity and bashing going. It is really heart warming to see a positive post in the forum without the thread maker taking sides.

Kudos to you for writing this. I am a fan of this show as a whole along with the couples. People need to differentiate between real/reel. As the PH/channel dont give a hoot about the fans want. As you said it is determined by the TRP's which are determined by the TRP aunties.

As you said drama is the most important factor for the show to be kepy alive not the romance. Romance is probably the last thing on their mind. They want drama, something that excites them and keeps them entertained.

Like even for me, even though I'm not a TRP aunty I enjoy the drama along with the romance. I dont think I could just watch the show with romance. Though I do have to kill my common sense/logic to watch it, but its worth I guess? I enjoy watching the actors perform. This show has a stellar cast all the way from Alkaji, Shaliniji, VK, Teju, Sachinji, Parineetaji,Sonicaji, Helly and the others.

Anyways, thanks for the post. Enjoyed reading it!

I don't know why these negative vibes flow in this forum.. I dunno why people in jest to put their opinion doesn't bother about hurting others..and if something went wrong and the other doesn't like..i dunno why they get into war to prove themselves ohh i am right you got it wrong way okk so its your problem😭

I am sometimes even scared to come to this forum..coz its full of word wars..

The serial is loosing its charm or not idk but this forum surely lost all charm. ppl here make gibberish posts i dont have any problem if anybody gives pov in a polite way but provoking others and fighting for fictional chars is disgusting. If u dont like it ignore but then again quoting bashing that member too is not good. Ppl cant criticise any char bcoz u love it is nonsense. When somebody says anything it is always regarded that the member is an anti altogether . no guys it could be that member could see what we all cant bcoz we have closed our eyes and we have set our opinions .try to understand the pov of others be patient

Lastly ppl here support the favs like blind. if vahe dontwant to be together their own problem who know they may have some problems what is the need of offscreen if this goes on they might not even share the bond onscreen . we shuld be happy they are working onscreen. many actors dont talk with costars but are wonderfl onscreen. As fans we should respect their privacy and donot cause problems in their personal life.

I completely agree with ur post!! A show needs to be mixture of all love drama etc to make it hit..All fans have right to demand for what they want but at the same time dont u think things which are more in demand getting more benefit is fair too..
And about my poll well i have'nt seen a topic as polite as my poll topic from long time in this forum. There was'nt any abusive language, no taunting, no bashing in my post as well as i replied to every in the most polite manner..see even ur post is targeting fans mine was a simple poll & yep i'm seriously about getting a name change for this show and guys its not like this stuff never happens..yep i dont want it to be renamed as swasan but anything else other then swaragini. If i want that its my wish n its not like it has only yes n yes opt in that poll..ok i hate writing essay's

if tejus fans are angry with the fact that helly won the best actress then it is their fault

it was an online contest

we can vote as much as we want

so if they didnt vote her then we cant help it

why do they blame swara/helly??

whats her fault?

they dont know any of the actors and make conclusions of their acts

its their personal life..let them have their personal life guys

As many have said PH is in this for making money, rightfully so. Actors are in it for making their livelihood...again justified. Problem is when fans forget it and get so involved that they end up harming themselves for actors whose life is really not moved by them. in the end this negativity is going to hurt all of us here. the actors are good at the work, we should appreciate it, enjoy the show and move on. the reality is that such fan wars in many cases can close down shows and in the end even their favs get impacted. many wont get job again immediately. this applies to every actor - good or bad. new or old.

thanks for understanding and agreeing dear. jest is just the veil. when you don't know the other person personally there is less qualm is punching them and throwing it at the others face when you have won. you don't end up feeling as bad or guilt as if you were friends with them or saw them in front of you. that is the truth. just a little bit more empathy is needed to each others request and wishes and just a small understanding that 1-2 peoples extreme views don't represent everyone's in that fandom. i completely agree with your advice...about being polity and humble with the right intent.

i completely agree with you. the forum is losing its charm because of the negativity and for me, at least, this is tricking down into the viewing experience for the show. i don't enjoy coming to the forum as much as i used to. you have said it so rightly. that is exactly what is happening isn't it. provoking! and fighting. Just when we get close to ending the fight someone comes along to add fresh fuel and down we go. you said it so well about the privacy about the actors. the simple truth is actor, like any other human being, don't mind or wouldnt mind take about work. but when it infringes upon their personal life to the extent that we tell them what they can do and who they can talk to and what they can work on...it is a bit too much...esp when we wouldnt accept that infringement in our own lives.
