I am guessing that after watching preview of next episode. Swara told Sanskar that it's the same guy who sold ice cream and chat how can that be? So I am thinking she is giving him drugs for sure.

Maybe the cvs are going that route. But Lakshya's impulsive (and frequently annoying) behavior can't be explained via drugs. Once he believes something, he clings on to it. When he believed Ragini over Swara, what all drama Swara had to do to open his eyes.

So him believing Kavya blindly isn't a stretch.
