Because being loved like that is also an addiction...Lucky is used to having it around, when he won't, he'll go crazy wanting to get it back.

Also. Honestly nobody is capable of loving Lucky the way Ragu can. The crazy, obsessed, mad love she has for him.

Whenever I think this won't happen, I always think of Gone Girl. Nick and Amy were married to each other in that movie, and repeatedly tried to get rid of and kill each other. But at the end, they couldn't let each other go because they couldn't find that insane passion with anyone else. This is a dialogue from that movie:

Nick Dunne: You f**king c**t!
