I think it's option 3 because the way ragini's character is progressing I don't think it's turning positive and if it's not turning positive teju is quiting definitely then. So most probably she will commit suicide and come back again with a plastic surgery

death is a very small punishment for her imo. she needs to suffer for what all she did with swara laksh and sanskaar and the whole mm people. she needs to feel the pain of heart break, divorce, insults, throwing one out of the house, and all that she did with everyone.

she cant die so easily and simply. she needs to suffer alot
