He is in shock as the girl who died and for whom he wanted to take revenge from his family is standing in flesh in front of him. That hug is a natural response. But its not it. More is still in store for us. Kavita is brought back to make Swasan unite in true sense. Here when one says I love you the other runs away. She is the one who will stop this and join them. But beware, we have crazy CV's they will stretch this as much as possible.

and the hug had been made a lot more emotional just for the sake of the promo. the one in the show would NOT be like that. we have see that in the different segment. they always sensationalise the promos and add in things that aren't going to be in the show as well
