Ragini is being used as a cat's paw by a very, very repugnant Annapurna here. Good Lord, that lady is pushing Ragini to murder. Swara has encountered 3 attempts to her life already? The falling glass, the poisoned prasad, and the intruder sent to her room?
I didn't realize Sanskaar and Ragini knew each other from the time they were kids. Somehow, when I read about Ragini speaking to him from outside the door, it seemed as if they were strangers, bound only by their shared isolation and pain.
Where does Swara fit into it, I wonder. Who is the phoenix she wants to bring back from the ashes? It doesn't seem to be Sanskaar, so whom did she love in thr past?

Yes, this is supposed to be a thriller so I have added a little spooky touch. Annapurna is a darker shade of gray here and she knows very well when and how one has to be used.
Pardon me on correcting you, there has only been two attempts. The prasad and the intruder, the glass was broken by Sanskar right?
Ragini considers these two different bonds. See it like this, the Sanskar she knew as a child was vibrant and fun loving not much unlike her own self then. The Sanskar trapped in his own personal hell is a different person and the Ragini communicating with him is changed too. Hence I wrote the two scenes that way.
I can't explain you about the phoenix right now, sorry😊
