Why are we overthinking all of this...
I'm like 90% sure that the actual kidnapper is laksh because one of our geniuses zoomed in and found out that the kidnapper was laksh. Even in today's episode the way how laksh was questioning sanskar it felt as if he was trying to divert everyone's attention to sanskar. Even when he was questioning it felt as if he was just waiting for sanskar to make a small mistake so he can drift swasan apart. He also followed sanskar I think he did it to make sure that sanskar isn't collecting any evidence. Ya there was a scene with sanskar and the red shawl but it was shown as if he wasn't expecting that shawl to be there. He was just walking by and he saw it. Helly uploaded a pic of the masked kidnapper but it was helly behind the mask you can tell because of the eyes. That pic was just for fun u can tell that much.
It's always laksh pointing finger at sanskar. Sanskar only defends himself and Swara he never pointed finger
