Hands up those of you who thought reading the title that I made a post about Swara's apparent Agni Pariksha (new one this time!)?!❓ Ah no- sorry to disappoint. 😛
This show specialises in making Swara a victim and she has given many such ridiculous Agni Parikshas and I have no doubt this will continue for as long as watch the show. No, I am talking about the Agni Pariksha someone else has to give- ALL of us- i.e. the poor hapless viewers of SR- bole toh main aur tum paagal log who have to watch this crap in the coming few weeks and have to jhelva more torture for SwaSan!🤢🤢
See, my brain is already on fire- the meaningless drama and twists fry it everyday, the suspense roasts it, and now the detective-giri by Swara, Shomi, Annapurna, Laksh (everyone except my Sanskaar) is making me want to do Agni Snaan (i.e. throw myself into fire) to end this torture 😆
As Kavya is not as velli as me to do KDR for such epis, I will go and rant on without fear of repeating things from her excellent commentary. Today, we had the following, which are already the start of Agni Pariksha for me in how much I can take 😭:
1. Swara's dialogues! Sorry, I am not anti Swara- she is half of my epic all time love ship so I have to like her and I am also furious on her behalf at the stupidity of certain people I'll mention below BUT I am so so sick of the endless victim card! The girl just does not learn. How many times does she need to be taught a lesson before it sinks in?! Today, her lines about why she is always blamed made me want to shake her- hard! It is because you make it easy for everyone Swara.😡 Cure the overdone mahaanta and stop giving people permission to treat you like a fool and a victim. Don't get me wrong, Swara is right in that she is always shown misunderstood by all except the amazing man she doesn't appreciate but she still goes headlong into being an angel without using her brains. After all those big dialogues last Friday, she is now OTT about Ragini again. Not even a second's consideration as to whether Ragini could be cooking this up! She can apparently read Ragini's eyes too- yeah of course- that is why we got all we did to date right?! 🤪
2. Laksh ji's attitude/ behaviour/ logic- call it what you will, makes no sense to me as ever. What is wrong with this guy?! 🤢 He was so annoying me with his "Oh I am on to something Sanskaar!! I have it figured out- you are the kidnapper- give me my Swara lollipop!!!" 😡 AAARRRGH! I will come to Sanskaar below (he's in the pros section of my rant not cons, which is what this part it!)😃 So we have to tolerate dear Laksh too playing his brand of detective- help me God!
3. Annapurna- oh this is fantastic! We had Swara's rendition of Bond, which has single handedly traumatised JB so much, he's quit the franchise BUT today we have the now crowned Queen of Irritating - our own Annapurna Aunty!! I detest this woman now! Why did I not make her an evil witch outright in all my FFs?! Oh wait, I have an idea- see below for it! Her stupid investigations were making me livid and when she burst in to tell the police about Swara, I wanted DP to seriously slap her silly so that some of her face powder flew about the room dramatically for effect and strightaway serve her divorce papers and marry Shomi (I digress but the reason for this heartfelt wish is also below!). Torturous it was seeing Annapurna!😡
4. Ragini and her usual melodrama- I really like Teju, and good acting by her too but who on earth should feel sorry for this psychotic cow? She deserves everything- as usual Sanskaar was 100% right that she had it coming BUT as usual no one else believes him or listens to logic
5. Sujata- oh dear, about face again today?! Well this was not totally unexpected as I have no hopes from this stupid woman and she is consistent at least in her inconsistency ; and
6. The best part of all of this is, this is only the start-the pyre is lit and the flames are licking around us but now we have the real test. Yes, we have a hybrid with the crappiest show in TV history- one where they have been running an endless track of- yes, daayans, women in red and black battling, punar janams, more daayans, their leaders, their mothers who are also trainee daayans (remember Mohini?!) and all other sorts of mind numbing drama! And now we have to watch another mixed episode. This time we have Paataali Devi! And no, not like Sonal thought today- not Patli Devi- a thin svelte daayan 🤣- but a supernatural as in underworld (hell type not criminal underworld that you would expect given the crimes in SR!) daayan! And for those confused, daayans and chudails I believe are the same (those in the AT earlier will get this one!).🤪
So yes friends, get ready to simply step into the flames as this joy awaits you!!! The fire seems less torture to me!!
On a positive note- I LOVED the following:
1. Sanskaar- what a shocker- immediate support of Swara! What a man!
2. We got a SwaSan hug!! Ok side hug- friendship comfort again but despo me will settle for that even;🥳
3. Responses to LRG- epicness at its best- "jahaan takk main jaanta hoon, main ladki toh hoon nahi!" 😆. And the rest of the totally cool but perfectly sarcastic remarks to dear brother- how to put someone in their place (very low on the ground, maybe even underground) with finesse! 👏👏Love you sooo much Sanskaar ❤️- ok Shru- focus on the post, enough!
4. DP- ahhh Taklu Uncle- we love you too. Only person after Sanskaar with a brain! How he shut his stupid wife up before the police and the rest of his defence of Swara too- reminding the 2 stupid bimbos (SuAn) about Ragini's precious lies! And he is surely collaborating something with the Police? Go Taks Go- help crack the case!⭐️⭐️⭐️
5. We got a ShaDu moment!!! OMGOMG- our new ship- haiii! DP asks Sharmishta ji to do something and she agreed with a nice return look!!! Awww!!!!
Finally, as much as I want the kidnapper to be dear Laksh ji, my fave (🤡) watching today made me revert back to my old theory of it being Uttara. Quick summary of why:
1. Sujju was on and on about how only a bengali chorri would go to a fishy (literally) place and not her family. Sanksaar is 500% not the kidnapper so it could be Uttara and she will have egg on her face (yes again).
2.They did focus a bit more than needed but tried to make it subtle on Uttara's expressions today I thought.
3. Sanskaar had a funny look re the red shawl I thought and I think we will see Sanskaar look more and more suspicious but he may be trying to help Uttara somehow.
4. I would go as far as to say, given this is the Queen of Mad Drama RS's show- that this "Paataali Devi" track is something to do with Uttara!
All this Uttara stuff is entirely conjecture and I have desperately wanted it to be Laksh ji but I somehow fear they would rather show this crap ALTHOUGH I hope they won't and we get Laksh angle which seemed like it yesterday from the dhaaga and all!
OK, sorry as ever for rambling so much but feel much better- off to douse myself in some fire extinguisher now so the same process can be repeated tomorrow! 🥳🤪
PS: NEW SPOILER FOR MERGER EPI- the chief daayan, i.e. Paataali Devi is- gasp, shock, horror- ANNAPURNA!!! What TRPs we will get!!!
