I guess the reassurance from the family doctor and the fact that Rags electrocuted herself (This could be a plan of course, but nobody's thought of that!) is what making everybody believe she's not pretending. What everyone else seems to forget is that she only forgot her truth exposure so ruining Swara is still her aim.I have this feeling though that DP has something else going on in his mind.. He said he won't let anything happen to Swara, so he could be using his brain.Although Laksh is annoying me to the core atm, only him and Sanskaar can see straight through her antics.
