I agree...sansku will only give divorce if swara wants it...otherwise he will not leave swara neither for his family nor his brainless brother...swara is his wife...she belongs to him only

Oh sanskaar would definitely divorce swara if she wants, but he would never bow down to his family pressurising him to initiate divorce. He would put the ball firmly in swara's court and accept her decision.
