Falaq, registering is not essential. Otherwise most villagers marriages would be considered non-existent. :))

From dresses I can see that Swara's dresses aren't that good...you know...i liked her in her top and long skirt more !

They don't have to. They've married acc to hindu rituals & you don't need to register for that. I am sure they'll show it a registered one in the show for divorce proceedings but.
