Sorry but as per past many shows experiences I have seen shows does go ahead but those shows which leads r separated n married to others have never had long run bcz viewers loose their bond n interest in the Jodi bcz of confusion that she after sometime later the Jodi again gets back together its not that interesting to watch
for Example in this show since start its been journey of Swara Lakshya their love n realization n making a place in viewers hearts but its still needs to make a strong place so that viewers can get attached to them strongly its like making the bond stronger so that the connection n bond of swalak Jodi n viewers doesn't get loose or breaks
but if swara n Lakshya seperates n swara gets married to sanskar n Ragini with lakshya than that connection n interest of viewers will be lost they might watch for some time in the name of twist but not for long
Ekta have realised this that's why no matter wat her lead Jodi is always the center of attraction n connected to each other no matter if seperated still her leads r married to each other so that to show leads r still connected
