The Sweet, The Salty, The Nutter and The Brat

shonuu here, 😎 *queen wave* naam toh suna hoga? 😆
First let me congratulate you for having me here on this forum... such a great honor I tell you 😆😆😆😆... just kidding... I have been resisting my urges to make my debut on this forum but couldn't get time earlier, anyways.. the shows is picking up pace just like you people are picking up eggs and tomatoes to aim at me...😆.. For I hardly watch any serial that seriously to join its forum.. and If I do so I mean business... my honest opinion might make you cringe and think I am a hater in disguise but thats how I am I'll call a spade a spade ...

Here are my two cents on the show and the various characters and possible future track.. ignore me if you can..

Why I started watching this show is because I watched a scene btw Lakh and swara ,, dunno which epi it was but it involved the act of "moun kala kerna" that too without being physically involved 🤣 creative I must say 😆.. and what I noticed in that scene .. that there is a spark btw these two people I had no clue of... and there is something forbidden about them too.. well I didnt pay much attention to what these two did for next few days... and then I saw the kidnapping episode and I told myself that I was right .. the couple had a spark ... and they are forbidden too.. for the guy was apparently the would be jeeja of the girl in question... 😆

The Sweet:

any guesses? ok right.. Ragini... she is too sweet in fact diabetes inducing sweet for my liking.. but she was a perfect main lead material.. now wasn't she? she is no different from any of the mahan main leads we have on other shows.. and she loves Laksh who is complete opposite of her and that makes it an almost perfect match.. a good sanskari, pooja- doing, arti- singing, veg cooking, ideal Bahu and Laksh the brat and free spirited .. and border line badass guy? oh they could have a crackling chemistry ... but sadly they had none.. why? we had the Salty swara to deal with too.. her presence on the show was/is/will be always the biggest hurdle of Rag-Lak love story. ...but what I dont get is.. why Ragini is so obsessed with Laksh.. Its ok if like me you also believe in newtons laws of First love and opposite attracts... and you cant ignore how criminally Dadi has played her part in making Ragini obsessed with Laksh .. but still why? why babes? you're so so pretty just look around and you may get someone even better than Laksh... 😕

The Salty:

and it reminds me of the saying that "looks are'nt everything" if you dont throw chappals at me then I would say I always find Ragini prettier than Swara.. but again looks are secondary if we have a character as strong as that of Swara.. she is strong .. she is sensible.. and my favorite bit.. she is very resourceful too and sometimes she doesn't behave like Ragini's sister.. but her brother 😆.. a leading lady with brains is such a welcome change in indian TV... that its hard to ignore.. and there are so many things about her that make her the most impossible bahu. .. a modern.. non-salwar-kameez-wearing-girl.. a child born out of wedlock .. and that cast issue which is very highlighted on the show make her an impossible partner for Laksh and trust me thats why CVs made Laksh fall for her instead of Ragini.. for his union with Ragini would never have created so much of chaos in both Maheshwari and Gadodia family.. this relationship will rip so many things apart and thats their U.S.P... and thats Cvs love the most..

The Nutter:

Oh how much I love to hate Sankar and his equally evil mom... the actor is doing a great job.. but what about the character? he is banking on his family's love for him.. specially Laksh's love for him.. and for what? to seek revenge on him? 😆😆😆... his awesome revenge plan is zero if his family and most importantly Laksh doesnt care about his rotten ass.. does it? he knows Laksh will do everything for his happiness and to save his worthless life.. and still he wants to seek revenge is so lame and pointless ... and I can't relate to it.. but I guess he thought Laksh loves Ragini and thats why he choose Ragini in the whole wide world while the sexy Dadi and Dida were also there to lull him to sleep.. 😆.. now seriously.. he I guess wanted to make Laksh jealous and miserable by gluing to ragini like a leech little did he know that his baby bro fancies someone else.. now I am afraid Sanki might evolve to love swara in next episode and we might endure twin weddings ...😆😆.. sorry but Uttaran's ghosts are still haunting me.. and I hope they dont make Ragini another Tapu and Swara another Ichcha 😭...

The Brat:

Why brat? because he was a brat initially... these days he is a mandir ki ghanti and everybody keeps on bajaoing him... lest they make him spineless and tyagi in future.. anyways if Ragini's love is one sided.. so is Laksh's .. but you can argue that there is a spark btw SwarYa.. and the feel of forbidden love too has a pull into it... from here the path seems almost clear to me.. we might see Ragini marrying Laksh and Swara marrying Sanki.. but after many years and many marriages,.. if the show survived that long we might get SwarYa in the end... 😆😆😆.. Because Swara's "Family comes first" syndrome will hardly allow her to fall for Laksh.. and Laksh alone can't deal with evil Dadi, emotional phool mommy, cunning Chachi and snakey sanskar 😆..

So don't keep your hopes high.. Keep calm , put the chappals down and watch Swaragini 😆

Hhahahaha welcome to the forum shonu..yup i think by writing this post u have proved that we r indeed very lucky to have u around..i m among the few ppl here who suffers from a ragya bias and its mainly becoz of the way this show has treated ragini..i think though this show is known as swaragini it revolves more around swara as she is the only one who see's things rationally everyone else has sum shortfall..don't get me wrong i love swara too and probably it becoz Helly is a stronger actor that the writers prefer to focus more on her character.

lets tall about the sweet one first 😳..Ragini as you have said the typical perfect bahu who will keep any household intact...she is the types who will never forget any fasts ,give her sasu ma a foot massage on regular basis, keep in mind everyone's food preference etc..and if this show was created 10 years back she would certainly b everyone's fav...however with the change of time and mindset she does not fit into the ''perfect ''. category anymore..she as a character needs to develop a lot...as we have seen she is in love with the idea of being in love...she has hardly even had any interaction with lakshya but already considers him to b her prince charming..it becoz she has this image in her mind of the perfect husband that she is trying to reflect upon lakshya...a lot of us have stated that ragini is in love with lakshya but she does not know the lucky behind that face..i think her obsession for lakshya comes from her lack of exposure to the opposite gender and her ignorance towards lakshya's true personalty..she sees her perfect man in lakshya and want to cling on to him...i really hope in the future when she discovers lakshya's true colour she will realise that probably they r not so compatible.

Sanskaar i can't hate this character..i honestly find him way more interesting than Lakshya and thats probably because of they way they deteriorated Lakshya's personality in the recent episodes..he went from cool street smart guy to a desperate weak majnu...talking about Sanskaar Varun as an actor is slightly better than Namish..and his screen presence kind of overshadows Namish's..one of the major reason y i wish they don't pair swra and sanskaar in the future coz these two together will have a complete monopoly over the show giving very little space to Ragya.. Sanskaar as we have seen in hell bent on ensuring that swaraya don't get together and yes in the upcoming episodes we will probably see him falling for swara.but honestly i don't believe him and swara will b paired with each other. Swara as of now has not shown to b in love with Lakshya only becoz she has always seen him as a prospective husband for her sister..they have had their share of eye glances and awkward proximate scenes so deep within i think she does feel something for him it may not necessarily b love ..if the writers would have shown swara developing any kind of romantic feelings for lakshya the audience would probably would have become hostile towards her coz at the end of the day this show is about sisterly bond and that move will go against the sister code. in order for this love story to progress Ragini needs to move over Lakshya something i am expecting to happen in the near future...the writers have clearly shown that ragini knows ver little about lakshya..she lives in her own bubble which needs to pop in order for her character to progress.

i m secretly praying for sangini paring..(sanskaar + ragini) swara and sanskaar do not click for me at all..the moment sanskaar and ragini had their first eye lock i was gamed for this ship. sanskaar can make a major contribution in blossoming ragini's personality something i think lakshya can't do..lakshya himself is prone to taking childlike decisions and later regretting it ...he needs swara to support him and help him fulfill his plans...ragini needs sum1 to challenge her..sum1 who will put her out of her comfort zone...sum1 who will not babysit her.

well I think if CVS link sanskaar & swaara together , they will not over shadow ragya coz CVS have 2 both couples & I personally feel ragya had not been explored yet. I feel ragini is emotionally weak than other 3 characters coz growing up without mothers luv in compare 2 rest 3 characters( swara, sanskaar & laksh) shomi has just entered her life but as she ragini is marriageable age they may not able 2 spend much time together coz sooner or later ragini will get married & dadi could not fill the gap of mother's luv in ragini's life, so I think this gap can somewhere be filled by her mother-in-law. I can be wrong but this can be filled by annupurna ( lady is not weak) coz I think see adores ragini & sujata is a selfish lady will only dominate ragini , she is happy with ragini coz she want a nurse 4 sanskaar but which ever brother ragini marries will definitely torture her first laksh coz of his devdas mode & sanskaar coz of his revenge mode. for matching up with sanskaar' s personality ragini's character has to take 360 degree change.I don't think sanskaar will 4 swara so soon as if he marries swara then only 2 take revenge from lucky.
