History repeats Itself: (Pre-cap bit)

Shekhar and Sharmistha will once again be standing in the same place, in a fairly similar situation they were in 20 years ago. This time it is both Sharmistha and Swara standing. Will Shekar speak up not just for Sharmistha but for the sake of Swara, or will he be bounded by his father and mother again? Will they once again have to bore the insults or will Shekhar once and for all go for what is right? This is the ultimate test for Shekhar.

To me it looks like this time Shekhar will stand up for what's right. This time I hope that he would not remain the mute button guy.

I think he will stand up this time around as it was also brought up in the earlier episodes right?

Yes that's what I think too and yes it was mentioned by Shekhar that he would not back out this time, no matter what happens and would be supportive.

I think he will have to stand up, even if for the story's sake.

If he backs out now and doesn't say anything, Sharmistha will probably 100% break of any contact with him and Swara/ herself. She definitely would not forgive him.

So he has to stand up. And frankly, I think he can this time as there is no one holding a gun to anyone's head or anything.

I agree with you completely and I too think he will speak up. Sharmistha has already had one heart break and this one would take toll on her if he does not speak.

@Bold: It looks like as per per-cap there is this "wall of doom" in front of him again. This time once again it's Shekhar's father threatening Shekhar that he will shoot himself. (To look out would be Shekhar despite the threat standing up for what's right.)😊
