Kaal is NKs and Nirmala's son who is not actually dead. Sandhya has lied to Nirmala too...i.e he is the elder son ..not just NKs biological son but Nirmalas too

If so yes dynamics will change a lot

Because now Kunal has not just taken the dead childs place he has taken a well and alive kids place . Not to blame him but Sandhya. Now it would not only make Nirmalas lies worse it would make Kunal guilty as hell. Now Karan and Khyathi will have a brother who is ralated to them with blood..who is not someone lying to get his place in the home but who should actually have been in the home from the start. That definitely will change the dynamics

First off, Kunal never lied about anything because he was very much in the dark about the truth as everyone else. So it's not like he's a culprit. Secondly, though there'll be a another brother, of their blood maybe but nothing should actually change the dynamics between Karan, Kunal or Khyati, because even after knowing that he is not their real brother the sibling bond is shown as strong as ever. But, yes everything changes for Sandhya definitely.
