Naina p.o.v.
Naina woke up to find Karan missing. Hmm surprising she thought. The room seems quite empty. There was no sounds around. He might have gone to the reception she thought. She stretched herself and decided that she might as well get dressed. She brushed her teeth and washed her face when she felt a pair of arms around her waist. She jumped. When she looked up, she saw Karan in the mirror. But to her surprise, Karan was in his shorts. A blush crept onto her cheeks. He must have been in the bathroom when she had walked in. She probably didn't notice.
Good morning, he said smiling. She shied back. He twirled her around. Her heart thumped loudly. The stomach churning inside. He slowly brought their noses together. She breathed heavily. They stood like that for a few moments, just enjoying the presence of each other. Waise... aaj subha kuch special karne ki mann hai, he said winking. Before she could respond, she felt him tugging her along and then the water came pouring down on them.
Naina slowly took in the surroundings. They were standing in the shower area. The water was cold. But she was warm in his arms. The droplets slowly dripping from their hair. He pressed her against the wall. Her breathing coming in gasps now. Her night gown was a two piece suit. A long coat on the outside with a satin, sleeveless strap gown inside. It was soaking now and clinging to her body. Karan slowly wrestled with the knot on her gown's coat and let it fall off her shoulders. Naina felt exposed. She could hear her heart beat in her ears now. She wrapped her arms around herself.
Karan slowly peeled away her hands and put them round his neck. He was holding her hips again and slowly placed a kiss on her forehead. Her breath caught at her throat. He traced his lips to her cheeks and gave them a peck. Their eyes met again. He came closer and closer. Their lips met. This kiss was completely different to their first one. It had a sense of urgency, need and longing. Her knees wobbled and had it been not for him holding her up, she might have sunk to the floor. The kiss was all passion. She felt her fingers move up to his hair and his entangled in her own. They finally let go panting. His breathe still mingling in the nape of her neck. She shivered as the cold water finally made its way to her. Karan brushed his fingertips on her cheeks.
He slowly took a step back and turned off the shower. His chest rising up and down at a fast pace. Taking a towel from the nearby rack, he came back to her and wrapped it around her bare shoulders. He used his finger to lift up her chin. Breakfast par wait karoonga, jaldi ana. With that he turned around, grabbed a pair of towels himself and headed off outside locking the door behind him. It took Naina a long time to calm herself. Finally the blush in her cheeks faded away as she hurriedly got dressed in what ever decent piece she could find in Khyatis doings.
Karan p.o.v.
Having dressed himself comfortably and warmly, Karan grinned from ear to ear at how he had a brilliant start to the honeymoon. He could still smell her scent on him. Karan heard a click and saw a very nervous Naina step out. He blinked twice making sure that was her. Naina was wearing a red top and tight jeans. They clung onto her and revealed her curves. She looked gorgeous he thought. His words caught at his throat. She must have caught him staring and she blushed and moved off to comb her hair. She placed the sindoor in her forehead and tried to pull down the top neatly. She then put on a coat, and wrapped a shawl round her neck.
Finally she turned to look at him, chalein she said. Karan still couldn't manage out any words. He nodded and so they walked to the restaurant. It was a very nice place. It had a view of the swimming pool and was surrounded by greenery. They ordered their dishes and ate. All the while Karan kept staring at Naina. Aise Kya dekh rahe ho, she asked. Biwi itni khubsoorat aur mein na dekhoon? He replied with a question.
After this they went off to the nearby mountains, it was quite cold. Karan took Naina's hands in his and they enjoyed the warmth that it bought with it. They finally reached to a nice top edge and looked a the breathtaking view below. A photographer approached them from behind. Aap dono ki Jodi brilliant hai sir ji. Agar aap chahein toh hum aap dono ki photo keechein? Karan looked at Naina who gave a small nod.
They posed in various romantic poses. One with Karan wrapping his arms around Nainas waist from behind. The other with Nainas hands entangled around his neck and their breaths mingling together. Another one, with her in his arms carefully lifted. Each pose made Naina blush, finally he paid for the photos and the man gave their photos nicely in a small package. His camera was one of those types that printed immediately once the phot was taken.

They finally found a small bench in a secluded area and went through their pictures. They looked cute and in love. Naina was glad they were taking back memories. She wondered how di and jiju were doing. She decided it was best not to disturb. Besides the brothers were keeping them quite occupied. Karan brought some food from a nearby place for lunch. The food was amazing and they savoured the hotness in the cold weather. Naina was so glad that Khyati had at least left some jackets and shawls with which she could survive the cold.
As the sun began to set, they had walked off into some streets enjoying the scenery around, the serene bauty of the place. Karan felt they should keep shopping for the last day. So today was just food, walking and a bit of romance. They walked past a empty street with a trailer parked in the distance which read kulfi. Karan felt the tug on his hand to see that Naina had stopped walking. Naina, Kya hua? He asked. She pointed at the kulfi stand a little further away. Itni tand mein tum kulfi khana chathi ho? He questioned. She made a puppy face and he couldn't resist. Teek hai, lata hoon, yahan rookna. She nodded as he hurried away.
Naina slowly moved to the corner while watching Karan running off to the trailer. Suddenly a group of boys who were walking past stopped. One of them started whistling at her. She chose to ignore. She gave them a glare and looked off to Karan's direction. Kya kadi kadi dekh rahi ho? Humare saath aaja, hum company denge... they pulled. Naina felt uncomfortable. Her heart did a little leap but she kept her face straight. She felt a tug as one of the boys started pulling on her shawl. Chodo mujhe, she said as she struggled away.
Karan p.o.v.
He finally purchased two kulfis and was returning to Naina when he sensed the trouble. He didn't need to think twice. He grabbed the boy who was pulling Naina and gave him a good smack on the face. The others lunged at him. He started fighting them. Suddenly one of them hit him hard with a branch on his shoulder. Naina screamed. His shoulder felt immensely painful. The noise had alerted some people and a crowd was beginning to form on the road so the boys ran off.
Naina rushed into his arms. A hot pain shot in his shoulders. Sorry, she said as she caressed his cheeks and slowly helped him. They reached the hotel as soon as possible. Karan didn't want to spoil his honeymoon by visiting the doctor and so demanded they go to the room. Once in, Naina helped him into bed. She took off her coat and scarf and rushed off to the washroom. She returned with a bowl of very warm water and a towel in the other hand. Kapde utharo! She demanded.
Nahi Naina mein samhal loonga, he replied. She didn't take no for an answer. She slowly unbuttoned his jacket and flung it off. Her heart doing its own set of leaps at their proximity. Then she pulled up his tshirt over his head. His perfect body stared at her.she kept her eyes away and concentrated on what was important. A small purple bruise formed on his shoulder. Tears started to form in her eyes. Tu kyu rahi ho? He asked. His hands cupped her cheeks as he wiped her tears away. She slowly placed the cloth in the bowl and started placing it on the injury. He squirmed in pain. Bohot dard ho raha hai? She inquired. Uthna nahi, he managed to say between gritted teeth. She changed the towel and saw him struggle again. The tears rushing out. She slowly blew on his wounds. Karan stopped squirming and their eyes met.
She continued doing this and blowing each time sensing that Karan felt a bit of relief each time she did it. Slowly she put a nice plaster on the area so he wouldn't feel the pain when he slept. She finally finished, and was about to get up when she felt him tug her back into his arms. Karan, Kya kar rahe ho? She squealed. Mein bohot kush hoon ki hum aaj doctor ke pass nahi gaye, he said. She titled her head, khyun? She asked. Kyunki unke pass itni achi nurse nahi hoti, he replied. She blushed. He gave her a quick peck on her cheek. She fed him a pain killer and dressed him up for bed. It wasn't the ideal start he had wanted on their first trip but at least his Naina was safe. He felt her snuggle into him and the pain was slowly fading away, with her presence.
