FF: Naina and Karan a new beginning.(Part 3 updated)

Naina was trying to control herself. Except Di and Dadaji no one supported her in the family.Not even Ma ,who used to be sweet from day one. She never thought of hurting any one,just wanted to clarify because it's about Karans health and life. Due to the bang created by Massima, her doubts became even more strong. One question was eating her head.In case If Massima wants to shower all the love and care on Karan and slowly lead him to death,what could be the reason behind her hatred for Karan."No, may be iam thinking too much about Massima,hope all these were coincidences and nothing else. I want to win Karan's trust , before doing anythingthing for him."she wispered in her head.

Karan was sitting at the desk by the time Naina entered the room.He was lost in thoughts and didn't notice her presence. After the drama happened down stairs, Naina had to gather all her strength to meet eyes with him."Iam sorry Karan.I know you are hurt . trust me I never had any intention to hurt Massima or especially you.I checked your medicines only coz Vishal bhayya had asked for it.But all those were expired ,may be I had taken from some old medicine kit in your Caboard.I should have checked it property before going to Massima for any clarification.."She was not looking at Karan and went to bed without waiting for him to answer.

Tears were flowing down her cheek.

Karan turned around to look at her,Naina is always a mistery for him.His first impression on her was completely opposite to what he observed after marriage.He got up from the desk and sat at his side of the bed.He was able to hear Naina's sobbing.I shouldn't have reacted like that.Dadaji was right.he thought.

"Naina,

I had told you many times to keep yourself away from me.Iam not blaming you for checking my medicines.But it's very difficult for me to read what's going on in your mind.You deserve some one way better than me.Inspite of getting all the chances to escape from this shell which I created only for myself, you are still holding on.why?"he stopped abruptly .

Naina came near him.She was able to read his face.there was neither anger nor hatred for her.He looked very confused and guilty. She kneeled in front of him on the carpet so that she will be able to face him.

"Look Karan, I dont feel like trapped here, neither do I think that it's unfortunate to get married to you.I never thought about running away from you.I can't even think about it"Karan looked at her in awe."It's not just about you and me Karan .It's about our family who love both of us.Our Mothers,Di,Dadaji all of them will be relieved to see us leading our life happily.Thats why I tried to help you to overcome your sufferings.But my Bad luck, whatever I did for good came back like a boomerang to hit on me."'

"Karan, I understand that it's difficult for you accept me as your wife. If you don't think that I was intentional in hurting you, please accept me as a friend.Iam so badly in need of a friend in this house . You know when we were in Boondhy i used to share everything with Di,but now she's always busy to listen to my blabbering. Will you take this risk?"She smiled at Karan.That infectious smile ,which makes him speechless always.He nodded and smiled back.

Next day morning:

Dadaji came to Karan's room.Karan was having breakfast.Naina was about to leave the room."Dadaji, good morning."She wished him surprised.There will be something which Dadaji wants to share with both of us.Otherwise he never used to come to this room.Naina thought.

Karan stood up from the break fast table."No Beta, Don't get up from your dining table even if God himself comes to meet you."He laughed at both of them ."Naina beta,I want to tell something important to you. From today onwards Karan is your responsibility . You have to be careful about his medicines and diet.Neither Sandhya ji nor any one of this family members will stop you from your duties. Incase if any one try to interfere ,you let me know."Karan was about to interrupt but Dadaji stopped him with one hand."Karan,I know Sandhya ji was helping you through out the years with your diet and medicines.At least now we can think about giving her a rest.She is already very busy with her office work.and Naina is your wife.Its her duty to support you. I explained this to your Massima also.You don't worry about her.She will not take this in a bad way."Naina felt very relieved with Dadaji s words. Atleast she doesn't have to hide from every one to do something for Karan.She touched Dadaji s feet."As your wish Dadaji."

Naina went to kitchen with a sweet smile on her face."Arre Naina, are you coming to Mandir with us?"Nirmala asked her.Naina hesitated,she knew that Karan will not go to Mandir,she din want to leave him alone at home."Ma, I.."she was not sure how to say No to Nirmala."It's ok beta , anyway Karan will be all alone here if you come with us.I'll go with Khyati and Babuji"Nirmala gave a pat on her cheek and left.

Sandhya was overhearing the convo between the two."I have to do something ,else this girl will utilize this chance to influence Karan."

After the expired medicines incident ,Sandhya decided to be careful with Naina. She saw Karan coming downstairs, and took the chance to get into his room without getting noticed by Naina or Karan. She knew to whichever things Karan is allergic better than anyone else in the family. Sandhya replaced his soap with the one in banned list ,but similar in appearance.

She managed to come out of the room without being noticed and immediately left the house in her car.

Naina was making Gajjar ka halwa and didn't even notice Sandhya going out .

Karan went out for a morning walk in the garden.Once came inside ,he noticed that no one was there around. He heard Naina's voice ,and went near kitchen.She was humming nicely and making something on the stove.A beautiful smile was there on her face.For the first a time he felt an urge to go near Naina,he wanted to sit there and give her company.

Suddenly Naina saw him peeping in to kitchen.

"Karan, are you feeling hungry?Ma,Khyati and Dadaji went to temple.Today is her first day in new college na.In office there is some urgent meeting came up,so all left for office early today.You go and take bath I'll bring breakfast for you."

He nodded.he was about to move and then turned around ,"It's ok Naina,i'll come down after taking bath and we'll have breakfast together."

Naina was really surprised to hear that from him.She had never ever seen him on the common dining table and today he wanted to have breakfast with her.Naina felt excited but at the same time she was thinking what is there to be so much excited about this.

Karan was taking bath.He started feeling irritation on his skin.Initially he thought may be he is imagining.Nothing has been changed in his bathroom from day before.Then how can this happen!

He was unable to bear with the pain and came out of the bathroom.Ma or Massima no one is there in the house.Naina will be the last option to call out for help.he was searching for the medicines.But the caboard was locked.In a hurry to search the caboard key he did hit on the side shelf.All the books which Naina had kept there ,fell down on the floor.

Naina heard the noise from Karan's room and rushed there.

By the time she reached there Karan was literally crying in pain.He was not even able to apply medicine on his back.

"What happened Karan?Give me I'll apply medicine ."she was panic seeing him like that all of a sudden.

He moved back and gave her a stare." No ,don't even try to touch me, i'll manage this."Naina don't back off he is trying to scare you because he wanted to protect you it's your turn to support him.she told herself.

Naina opened the shelf and took hand gloves and calmly took the medicine bottle from Karan.He was not able to resist any more."Karan,relax.As you can see, i have taken precautions.Nothing will happen to me by helping you.Dont worry about that .sit here I'll help you with this."

He obeyed her like a kid. Sitting on the chair he was admiring Naina and her concerns for him.
