Yeah even i feel he s a talented person.. Sandy didn't let anyone know abt the talents I guess.. Naina wil change him m sure and in future I really want Karan to support naina instead of Sandy.. Sandy made him totally dependant on her.. He s too much emotionally attached to Sandy.. Poor Karan wil b totally heart broken wn he ll know her reality.. Sandy s happy with this first victory bt what she doesn't know is naina is very determined girl and she wil achieve what she wants anyway 😆 all this drama she did wil nly make her more determined.. I really love how Karan trusts naina.. He s really a gem..

I'm sure Sandy has done something good but gradually lost attention from the family (this could be a misinterpreted scenario or a MU on her part). So to revive her position, she made Karan's skin allergic (I'm sure the origin of his disease lies in her kaands. I don't think initially he was suffering from it.)

And of course, then became a saviour to take care of him. And I seriously think it's not contagious at all cause Sandy wouldn't be tending to him. It's just a confusion created by her so that he doesn't get close to anyone but her.

May be her husband died or she was never married and her boyfriend left her or anything like that
