The Episode starts with Naina asking Sandhya why Karan's all medicines, ointments, creams are all after expiry date and which shall not be used. Sandhya shouts calling Nand Kishore and Nirmala. Nirmala comes and asks what happened? Sandhya says I thought that I am family member of this house, but your bahu showed my place. I will be baharwali always. Nirmala asks what happened? Sandhya tells that Naina asked her why she is giving expired medicines to Karan. Naina says I didn't say that. Sandhya says I have been doing work to take care of family since 24 years and nobody told me anything. She tells that I have spend all life to take care of these kids, when they used to get ill, I used to cry, I have tied mannat thread on my hand for Karan's health and you think that I will give wrong medicines
to that Karan. She says may be I forgot that I am a naukrani. Nirmala asks her to stop it and says you are my sister. Nand Kishore asks what is happening in this house. Sandhya says she realized today that this house is not hers. Dada ji, Khyati, Kunal and others look on shocked. Sandhya says this girl have ruined my honesty today. Nirmala tries to say. Sandhya says I can't bear now.Khyati accuses Naina. Nirmala says you was talking bad things, but what about the storm which you brought in my house. I asked you to stay away. Sandhya brings her suitcase. Nirmala asks where you are going? Nand Kishore says why you are leaving your family because of someone. Sandhya says I got much respect from you Bhai saheb, but whatever happened today, I can't stay here anymore. Nirmala says you will leave your sister here. Khyati says you will not go. Sandhya says I saw future today, if I am insulted today then there is no guarantee for tomorrow. It is better for me to leave. Nand Kishore and Nirmala try to stop her. Sandhya is walking out. Karan comes and calls her. Sandhya stops and says your wife is standing between us and says I want to know one answer from you. She asks do you think that I gave you wrong medicine and if you think that I am wrong. Karan is silent.
Sandhya says your silence have given me answer. Karan says you can understand my silence and says you are support of my silence. He says you are love ointment for me, and says it was prasad which you brings for me and not medicine, and your blessings. He says there is no expiry date for prasad and blessings. He says I don't need to know its names and expiry date, and says I hate to look at them. He says when you was accused, I was forced to check. He says these medicines are fine and within expiry date. He tells that Sandhya was telling truth. He shows his medicines and asks Naina to check again. Naina looks on with tears in her eyes. Karan says Sandhya is not liar, but you are...Naina thinks how did the medicines changed. Nirmala scolds Naina for accusing Sandhya and says she loves Karan a lot, more than me.
Nand Kishore scolds Nirmala for giving liberty to Naina. He says don't know what she will do. He asks if you have topped in studies or just have your mum's values. Dada ji tells that he requested Sharda to give their daughter's hand in marriage for his grand son. Nand Kishore says she has accused Sandhya and asks her to read aloud expiry date of medicine. Naina says Feb 2019. Nand Kishore says these medicines can be taken for 2 years. He says what do you think that you can blame Sandhya. She is not their caretaker. Sandhya says Naina is bahu of this house and says I will leave for now. Nand Kishore says you will not go and says although your heart is big, but you can't see small people's intentions. He says there are jealous etc. Dada ji says I was silent till now and says we shall not react hearing half matter. He says if you people are concerned for Karan, then why Naina will not be concerned being his wife. Did anyone asked why she questioned Sandhya. He tells Sandhya that she is important part of life and understanding too. He asks when naina come to you, did she ask you question or directly accused you. Sandhya looks on shocked.

Meghna asks Naina to tell what the matter is and asks why did she apologized to Sandhya. Sandhya looks at the expired and within expiry medicines and thinks Naina is a kid to understand her game plan. Nirmala hears her and comes there. Sandhya is shocked.
