She knows Meghna is not someone to be trifled with so she is trying her hand with Naina. I believe that she things that Karan would kick Naina out and things will go back to normal. If Naina is out of the picture than Meghna would be alone.

I don't if this is correct but this is what I feel truly!! She probably things that if it ends well than everything will be forgotten and forgiven. I think she likes people dependent on her.

Obviously, the only way to survive in this house was if she somehow controls and manipulates the house members. Nirmala is Allah miyaan ki gaein(an Urdu proverb for someone who is too docile), NK is frustrated with the same gaein, Kunal has anger issues and a drive to prove something and Karan has a disease. If you look closely, Sandy is exploiting the same issues and is successful in maintaining her position in this family.

I just hope that she isn't giving anything dangerous to Karan.
