You need to open an account with Photobucket or similar service. Then upload the picture to the account. You will then be able to share through various modes. Select the one that gives you a share link. Copy the link and come to IF new message or reply box and select the image option and paste the link. It may take two attempts. I don't know how to do videos or gifs.good luck
