I think the scenes in the promo are only for the promo. So I don't know if she will actually offer her hand. And I don't think she is going to say that swabhiman dialogue either which has created so much sensation here with people jumping on Naina already. 😆

But I agree, I really want her to notice these things about Karan and piece them together.
