I don't think Karan is scared of her. He has accepted her as his Bhabhi. He wanted to know if she was happy. Unfortunately, he would, in Meghna's eyes, be part of the enemy camp. Will she hurt him? May be not - Just because Karan is Naina's husband and she may also see him as a victim of circumstances.

As for Meghna - I think it depends on how her days in the Chauhan house will go from now on. Right now, she doesn't really care about who is nice and who isn't in that house, she wants to break each and every relationship (as she, herself, said). Plus, if she wants to humiliate NK, as much as we dislike it, Karan's condition is one golden trump card to do so

Let's see, she might change her perspective... or she might not before one or several huge blow-ups have happened.

Btw, Karan wants to make Naina leave the house. But when Khayti said she'd make her, Karan stopped, telling her that whatever Khayti will do, Naina won't ever respond to it e.g. take it silently 😆 He knows that with him, Naina won't take anything - but he doesn't want anyone to trouble her when he knows that she will just let them trouble her. Sweet 😆
