Kaina saved MeghNal. Is there a symbolism here? Kunal was thanking Karan but he was not too happy. Would love to know more about the dynamics between the brothers.

Definitely some symbolism! I think Kunal doesn't wanna show much affection because he knows Karan won't appreciate it. I think Kunal does call Karan a hero so I guess that's a good thing. Hope Meghna can interact with Karan at some point.
