A serious question - if Vrishasena had survived the SPK War, would he too grow up to look exactly like Gautam? Also, who is the mother? It's rare to ask that particular question (since it's usually "Who's the father"), but in this case, I want to know who the mother is.

Well, they did show some scene (I don't remember clearly) which indicated that Supriya is Vrishasena's mother and she named him thus out of her respect for Vrushali...🤔 But whatever, this show is a bigg mess on Karna's personal front, so can't say..😆
