I feel today epi is far better than the previous ones..

after Ps left dury with rage throws fire on bhishm hut ..and scolds he is the main reason and responsible fr vrish death . dron saves bhishm by taking off tht hut .

after all dury sarcasm bhishm decides to fight sincerely.dury lovingly. ..

next day bhishm ends love on Ps . declares breakup.starts fight rough ..

arj bhishm convo is worth watch.navi nailed it entirely.

kri too good today. camera too good main focus on kri angry eyes .

dury shaku cheer guys today fr bhishm ..

finelly day 9 is shown. finelly wheel promo too shown .it's good

a good epi today ..

tomorrow as usual bhishm ready for mercy killing.

I'm going to miss the kid who played Vrishasen. He was too good in his acting even though the storyline was rubbish...

No one even offered to carry the poor boy to his father and he had to crawl back to the tent...

I wonder if we'd have a continuation with Supriya blaming Karna for Vrishasen's death and some Krishna-Karna time... Krishna crying for Vrishasen was too much of a stretch (but nothing beats Krishna asking Karna if he felt bad because he had shown his true form to Arjun - ever since then, this show had become a cartoon for me 😆 It was only later, when I checked the earlier episodes, that I found hilarious moments with Duryodhan and Shakuni)

I was calm till Duryodhan screamed - after that it felt comical.

With all this, they had almost validated Karna and others ganging up on Abhimanyu ... The story writers may show Karna thinking about Vrishasen while facing Abhimanyu...

I wonder if the serial will continue after Karna's death or just end with Pandavas knowing the truth like Star Plus Mahabharat...

That scene yesterday was hysterical. I was crying with laughter over that part.

The guy who played Vrishasena was a great actor, but I think there's just something about stuff being over dramatized - like stumbling from the battlefield to the campsite cringing in pain, falling to the ground and crawling slowly and painfully, having hands inches away from each other. I was honestly expecting the ground to just open up and eat Vrishasena, like they show in movies - where even though the fingertips are barely touching, and then BOOM! one person is falling -- that really messed with his final scene.

But the show will go on since Priya Mitr is alive to continuing remembering this idiotic Karna. Theoretically, the show should end next month (1 week for Bhishma's death, 1 week for Abhi and Jaidrath, 1 week for Drona) and then last week or two for Karna's death.

Also, didn't it seem like Paundrak somewhat cursed the Pandavas indirectly. It wasn't a direct curse but more like - you killed Vrishasena, watch your back Pandavas, especially considering that for 1 Vrishasena, according to SonyDraupadi - all her kids are going to die. So assuming Abhi is part of the group, that's 6 kids that are fated to die.

True, it was excessive drama... I too expected Vrishasen to collapse before reaching Karna but unfortunately, Karna and his family have to do everything by themselves... There were so many soldiers standing like pillars ... 🤔

Krishna's words become weird whenever its related to Karna 😕

Although, I should say the kids of the show were fabulous - Uttar, Vrishasen and Abhimanyu had done a wonderful job ...

And the war sequences and their portrayal is good - the presentation is nice.

Where on earth is Shyam? Isn't he supposed to be leading the Narayan Army? And Vrushali is missing as well...

Now that I have totally lost hope that they would show anything related to actual Mahabharat, I at least hope for something interesting (but I doubt it though... we might just end up getting comic relief 😳)

So they've killed of Vrishasena already? Who killed him, & how did he die? Who will fight for the Kauravas b/w Vrishasena's death & Karna joining the war?

In reality, Vrishasena was killed on day 17 just b4 Karna's final battle w/ Arjun. Following Dushashan's death, he tormented Nakul, Bhima & the other Pandavas on his own. Arjun confronted him and told Karna that unlike Karna who had enabled Abhimanyu's death in Karna's absense, Arjun would kill him right in front of him. He then severed Vrishasena's arms b4 cutting off his head.

Wonder what was the point of this fictitious valor if they were gonna kill off Vrishasena? I thought he'd be Vrishaketu and kept alive for the Pandavas after Karna's death

Also, Vrushali still hasn't married Karna, so what's she doing around his wife? In fact, what's her role in this story?

Vrish, it was a full fledged drama...

From what I understood, all five pandavas plan and trap Duryodhan bent on killing him. Arjun cuts off the flag on Duryodhan's chariot so that no one would find out where he is and aid them. Vrishasen remembers Karna's words on discerning the flow of war with the flags used but couldn't find Duryodhan. He sees a lot of Pandava flags at one place and realises that so many of them here must mean a special prisoner and it must be Duryodhan. All Pandavas surround Duryodhan and try to attack him when Vrishasen jumps into the fray and takes all the weapons on himself. He is mortally wounded when the conch sounds the end of the war that day. He asks if Duryodhan is alright, then gets up, pulls out all the weapons are stuck on him (he has arrows, a sword and a spear impaled on him) saying that he has to reach his father and crawls back to the tent. Karna, shocked to see his son in such a state screams out his name and tries to reach him, while Vrishasen alerts him saying he is bound by a promise and, in the future, he doesn't want anyone to say Karna broke his promise because of Vrishasen. Karna drops down on the ground, stretches his hand trying to reach Vrishasen crawling towards him while all soldiers of the tent stand there like statues. Vrishasen slowly reaches Karna's hand and Karna pulls his son onto his lap, cradling him. Vrishasen repeats the dialogue of how a warrior should welcome death with a smiling face (Karna joins him while his son speaks the words with his last breath) and dies smiling in his father's arms...

Great acting but bad storyline... it was excessive drama...

Maybe they wanted to show Karna's son dying like Abhimanyu, I suppose...

...

And a request: can someone give me the lyrics (and if possible a translation) of the song played at the background (and the dialogue Vrishasen kept repeating about welcoming death with a smile on his face) when Vrishasen was cremated, please? If and whenever possible 😳

today epi is pretty good .without extra ott ..bhishm .kri .mainly arj/navi did great job respectively..

kri in starting gg 2mins said some story .dnt know why ..like one day madhura a honey merchant came and 2nd day left .no one bought from him .next day a mirchi merchant came his goods sold out easily .kri asked some baba why is happend tht baba smiled nd said one who talks sweetly ther bitter goods too solds .if the person with bitter words his sweet .honey too no one buy ..so talk always sweet ..

then the kri bhishm convo .I liked it .kri said valid points to bhishm .thank God no time freeze ..arj came last to stop kri .tht bit to nice ..

after then shikandi showed with her tapasya to yaksha raj ...he says I dnt give boon to kill bhishm but there is one way with some limits .listen first nd decide .

shaku asks kri wat will you guide now to kill bhishm ..shikandi shown coming on horse as men avtar ..nothing too much change in her avtar .it is simple warrier getup ..

the epis like this are really worth watch nd bearable ..
after karn entry again it takes excessive ott mess I think .

tomorrow maha epi bhishm attacked by all ..Ps crying alot ..

the saving grace of this whole mess spk show is undoubtedly navi / arjun ..

So, by portraying Vrishasen's death in such a manner, they have validated Karna's involvement in Abimanyu's death. There is no other reason to write off his character like this.

What's even more surprising is that this show which claimed Samba and Vrishasen as BFFs, the former is nowhere to be seen, even for the funeral, right? 🤓 I haven't watched, but I m guessing, since no one mentioned him here.

The young lad Basant Bhatt has really done a fab job with both the roles. Good luck to him for his further ventures!

BTW, SidT is all out obsessed with MB! Experimenting with polyandry in a commercial drama which is now called BeguBharat..🤣🤣 A modern day Draupadi forcefully married off to 5 brothers.

Not really. Remember, Karna doesn't seek revenge from Vrish's death, he was thankful his son died such a brave death (though Vrish died pathetically). I think it justifies Abhi's death in the manner he was killed.

My guess is that Karna will not join in the death scene and will be watching from a distance, head shaking and crying like a baby that he can't do anything to save his nephew.

What about Lakshmana ... I want more Lakshmana 😆😆 (without the Samba parts)

You know who Basant Bat would do well in portraying -- young / teenage Krishna. Or maybe, Siddharth Nigam (from Color's Ashoka) as young Krishna and Banant Bat as young Balaram.

Yes, that's what I thought too. Killing off Vrishasen like this almost justifies the group attack on Abhimanyu. Probably Karna would remember Vrishasen as Abhimanyu is attacked and try to dissuade Duryodhan from attacking the boy but in vain (and then maybe be haunted by Vrishasen later on in his dreams or something 🤣)

Its sad to see the show portraying the Pandavas as villains - first Nakul and Sahadev jointly attacked Drona and now all five of them tried to finish of Duryodhan and everytime Yudhishtra appears hanging his head 😡

Shyam (?) is missing ever since he volunteered to command Krishna's army. He didn't turn up for Vrishasen's funeral. The Pandavas, Abhimanyu and Krishna turned up (and what followed had me laughing for quite a while.)

I did see the ad and wondered why such a serial at this time. Its from SidT? Wow..

Does this one have Karna and Krishna as well? (Or maybe Kalki's preincarnation and Karna's reincarnation or something 😛)

Watching this show gives me too many ideas for spoofs 😆
