Can someone update us on what's exactly going on in this serial? I stopped watching since the return of the Pandavas & Karna to Hastinapur. Good thing too, since I missed Shon's cruel death.

Sunday mahaepisode focusing on two fights..

Karn...Jarasandh..Arjun..Drupada..

Arjun..Drupada fight is picturised without any unnecessary drama...Its showed also how Drupada got impressed by Arjun humble persona..Good manners and later his skills as a warrior..As we know in future this will be one of the reason, he will want Arjun as his son in law...As usual Nimai Bali as Drona and the actor playing Drupada have great screenpresence and actingwise just great..

Karn..Jarasandh fight well picturised but in my opinion would have been perfect if they did not add this filmy style drama in the fighting scenes..As usual vikramjeet virk have superb screenpresence ..he so well portrayed the strong Jarasandh with his acting skills..

Last Duryodhan starts his Saam..Daam ..Dhand..Bedh plotting as he can't see yudhistir snatching his place as the hastinapur ruler..He asked his brother dushashan to send message to sakhuni and karn as its now time for them to use chal..deceit to get rid of the pandavs.. ...

On Vrishali i just find her out of place in that fight scene and is too modern for that era..vrishali deck up with jewelleries and confronting Bhism pitamah look unrealistic..

On a side note its obvious the screenplay writer is writing a new mahabharata as main focus karn..Hope he lessens a bit this fiction scenarios and do show the real facts about karn..His rise as angraj and digvijay yatra and later his loyalty for friendship which somehow led to his downfall...Hoping Utkarsh naithani dont change history as karn is being known for its complex character... his good and also that grey shaded persona ...

as karna's love story is not that much depicted in Mb...so there was an huge chance to show it as their own..like mrityunjay or star Bharat...even BR Chopra also shown it in a very cute manner... 😳 but here only to make vrishali an ultra modern and bold girl they are inserting her everywhere and loosing the best chance to show a nice and successful love story in a proper way .

I am nt unhappy with the mahaepisode...they at least shown karna-js fight in an appropriate manner...and yesterday GR screamed less too.. 😛 ..may be he is thinking seriously on that matter.. 😊

Showing proper incidents under imaginary circumstances are still bearable.. 😃

Its more than a month that I came here...and the show well I have stopped watching it after the gruesome death of Shon. I still didn't understand the necessity of ending this character 😕
Another reason was when I heard GR will be portraying adult Karna's character instead of Aditya R.

It was already hard for me to accept that I wont be seeing Aham as Karna again 😭...aah I still so miss the intense looks, Aham's eyes were so expressive, his postures and perfecy body language, his dialogue delivery ... well watching Aham as Karna in SB were blissful moments

When Aditya was roped in as adult Karna for SPK... only thing I agreed for him being as Karna was his height...otherwise I was still a skeptical to see him as Karna...but when I saw his photoshoots in Karna's attire & his preps for the role in an interview... I thought okay Aditya may bring some new edge to Karn's character as Aham did in his own unique way😳.

But GR...😕...well I don't have anything against the actor. I feel his looks suits more for a chocolate boy character & in mahakumbh he did a decent enough job...although I hardly watched only a few episodes of the show. SidT is good in casting characters for his show...then why did he make such a move. GR does not somehow fit the character of legendary Karna. Along with a great handsome warrior, Karna was witty, intelligent & I feel he had a dry sense of humour...All these I could see a glimpse in SB Aham_Karna although his role was more tailored to a weeping puppy, but in few scenes sparks were present. In SPK, well many of u have already stated it...that GR screams a lot unnecessarily...my god others are not deaf in the court. In arena scene okay...we can consider that he has to raise his voice to reach all the audience along with the royalties sitting in the dais and the set was in open air...but still it was over dramatic. In Star B Aham's entry in the arena is still fresh in my memory 😳...bestest entry scene in the show ⭐️
I must say...that GR did some gud emotional scenes with Radha...the mother-son moments were thankfully not overdramatic and it was done with correct amount of emotions and expressions.

I have recently started watching the show again...watching 1 month's epi back to back from YT...i can make out hom much the creative have borrowed the same plots from SB & how much they included new.

And adhirath...my god...uske character ka kya kar diya...When Kunti approached Adhirath...stating why didn't he tell her that Karna was her son..as if she she didn't get any purva abhas earlier that he is her son 😕.Then he told that we was held by Devi Priyamvada's promise 😡...oh How I wished Priyamvada was present there...& Kunti would give her gud tongue lashing... 😆
And what is this melodrama with Anga Rajya 😡...I mean Jarasandh & Karna's face-off was an important event from the political point of view... but welcoming Angaraj with flying stones by the citizentry...uff...Kahi pe toh...overdramatics ka full stop karo CVs 😡
Anyways luking forward to watch Jarasandh-Karna plot in the upcoming episodes & Bheeshma too.
Actually now I m watching it more for Bheeshma than Karna, becoz SPK Bheeshma has that spark which I can relate to epic Bheeshma. SPK Bheeshma is composed yet he is proud & carries certain aura with his presence. His expressions sometimes are unpredictable but I think that's what is his USP in portraying the character 😊

It will be a tough job for SPK Brihu to get his...err her hands over Vrushu's jewellery... SPK Vrushu is not mukut hater instead she will be a tough opponent for Brihu when it will come to Karna 😉...& I think she is fond of her jewelleries too...she shifted from silver to gold jewellery from teens to adult 😆
