No need to put so much pressure on your brain..there is no line
up of songs waiting for him..he is not going to next Sonu or even Kunal.

Have you ever asked yourself why all Pakistani singers desperate to come and sing in India..with his attitude and hate for the icons of Indian music industry..why did he come..why couldn't Pakistan give him everything he needed.

He needs India desperately, it is not other way around.

[/QUOTE no pressure behna....I dont need to ask, i know...pakistani singers/actor need bollywood, i have never denied it...bollywood is their next step...what you need to ask yourself is why does India need the rahet fateh and the atif's...hum to bohat chote log hain,...but why India who has the sonu and the kunal need the mediocre voices of Pakistan...maybe there is a demand? You dont like them but there are others in India who do.

just to compare...canadians also try their luck in hollywood, its not that hollywood lacks talent, but sometimes the canadian talent is such that they become successful in hollywood, that doesnt mean that canada is desperate...i hope i made sense.😊

I totally agree with you, it does make sense, just because Pakistani singers come to India doesn't mean that they are desperate. The music industry is a fast growing industry and to be successful you have to answer to the demand of your costumers, in the case of Atif, he is mainly popular with the younger generation and I also listen to his song myself on a regularly basis while my parents hate his songs. And the fact that Pakistani singers are invited means that there is demand for other than the Indian music. The Indian music industry is mainly focused on Bollywood songs while other kind of music is not fully promoted,...at least that's my impression of it, I don't actually know how popular other music forms are in India,...I am personally more inclined towards the band and sufi music than Bollywood music. The other thing is that the Pakistani singers are already very well established overseas,...and I guess, it is safer and easier to invest in them then to start from scratch and having the risk that a new band may not work out as expected, resulting in a financial loss,...Money is the only thing that counts!

It is the same with any other field, people are invited to the West to work, not because they lack people with expertise or aren't capable do their work properly by themself, but because they want to have diversity on the work floor so that they can compete with the ever changing industry. They invite people from different backgrounds, different culture, with different mind-set etc. so that they eventually can make use of their capability consequently leading to a very acceptable profit.

i think akon gave india an honor to come and gave them a chance to sing in one of their movies i dont think akon need any popularity or fame, hes already been sooo popular in this whole world...he dont need bollywood, but bollywood needs him...(it is my point of view,do not take it seriously anyone here)

sonu nigam would charge a good amount of money but i dont think kunal would do the same hes not that popular like sonu...and secondly I DONT THINK ATIF WOULD NEED TO STAND NEXT TO SONU AND KUNAL BECAUSE HES ALREADY BEEN SOO POPULAR AND WAYYY AHEAD MORE THAN SPECIALLY KUNAL AND SOME OTHER SINGERS OF INDIA...AND REMMEMBER ATIF NE PEHLE PAKISTAN SE HI SAB KUCH GAIN KIYA THA NAME,FAME,MONEY JABHI TU INDIA NE AUS KO DEKHA PAKISTAN SE,AGAR PAKISTAN NE ATIF KO KUCH NAHI DIYA HOTA TU ATIF AAJ INDIA MAI GANA BHI NAHI GA RAHA HOTA...AND PLEASE I REQUEST U TO ASK UR FILMMAKERS/MUSIC DIRECTORS KE Y DO THEY DESPERATELY WANT ATIF TO SING FOR THEIR MOVIES??AND FINALLY ATIF IS NOT A NEW SINGER EVEN IN BOLLYWOOD HE HAS SANG SOO MANY SONGS FOR INDIA SO I DONT THINK HE WOULD CHARGE LESS THAN OTHER INDIAN SINGERS...Y WOULD HE JAB PEOPLE DESPERATLEY WANT HIM TO SING FOR THEM...
