suddenly sam starts to stagger and is in immense pain...holding his chest...
dean tries to hold him up steady..saying.."woah woah woah..sammy...hey sammy hey ...hey..."
sam is a bit shocked as dean hadn't called him sammy for months...
and he tries to pull himself together for dean's sake seeing his eyes worries filled...
