There are always funny scenes and punchlines in all of the episodes, but I think there's at least one episode in every season that's just outright HILARIOUS! Here are my favs.

Season 1

Epi 17 - Hell House

The pranks Sam & Dean play on each other were hilarious. I was laughing out loud. The Ghostbusters were so stupid that it was kinda funny.

Season 2

Epi 15 - Tall Tales

The BEST part was Dean telling Bobby about what happened and his personification of Sam. Blah blah blah blah blah blah 😆 Their growing brotherly feud was just over all funny with the whole trickster touch.

Season 3

Epi 3 - Bad Day at Black Rock

This episode with the cursed rabbit's foot was hilarious. Sam's bad luck just cracked me. And his adorable face when he says "I lost my shoe." 😆 I went awww in that scene, such a lost puppy face. And then Dean's "I'm batman." Definitely one of the funniest episodes.

Epi 11 - Mystery Spot

This episode was potentially heart wrenching but the way the whole episode was put together was kinda hilarious. Before that even thinking about Sam or Dean dying would break my heart but I couldn't stop laughing the stupid ways Dean dies. "Do these tacos taste funny to you?" BOOM 😆😆 Also when Sam was tearing apart the mystery spot, Dean's expressions were hilarious like he thought Sam's totally lost it.

Sam: Yesterday it was Tuesday, but today it's Tuesday too.

Dean: Yeah! No, good. You're totally balanced 🤣

Season 4

Episode 6 - Yellow Fever

Every single scene with Dean was simply the best. The way he was acting was so anti-Dean that it just cracked me up. From "I'll man the flashlight" to "It's high" to the awesome girly scream, everything was just awesome. Plus, Jensen's Eye of the Tiger was like icing on the cake 😛

Season 5

Episode 8 - Changing Channels

Though the overall tone of this episode was kinda serious, the way Gabriel throws them into the whole TV shows thing was funny. The sitcom, Dr. Sexy, Japanese show.. all had a comic touch to them.

Season 6

Episode 15 - The French Mistake

This was funny for obvious reasons. Jensen and Jared playing Dean and Sam playing Jensen and Jared playing Sam Dean... yeah, my head hurts. Just a very unique concept and a hilarious one at that. From the very beginning "Should we be killing anybody?" "I don't think so." to the 10 times someone mentions "At least they're talking to each other" to Misha's happy tweeting to Sam & Dean's TERRIBLE acting in front of the camera. Hilarious throughout!

Season 7

Episode 8 - Time for a Wedding!

This episode was funny because Sam was just not Sam and some of the moments were just funny. The best part was Dean's expressions in the beginning when he comes to know that Sam's getting married and that too to Becky 😆

Season 8

Episode 8 - Hunteri Heroici

This episode was funny because of two reasons: 1) Cas trying to become a good hunter. 2) the cartoon theme. Of course, Supernatural had to twist the cartoon theme into a grim story, but that's our show. Had some really comic moments.

Cas: I was being bad cop.

Dean: You were being bad everything. 🤣
