One more question

I'm back again with another question
Krishna is elder than sayyam.
Krishna was 7 years old when suhani was raped.
Then 20 years leap happened. So that mean Krishna was 27 and sayyam was 20 years old after leap.
So how sayyam can marry Krishna because 21 is the legal age to get married in India for men.

So their marriage is illegal right?
