Yuvraj as a Character....

Even during the Business track he gave up nd was ready to sell the business.. It required Suhani to motivate him nd save the Birla empire.. nd more than once we have seen this.. He has never spoken to Dadi when he needed to.. It may be anything his fear of losing, dumbness, spinelessness anything bt this is HIM throughout..

He couldn't take wise decisions then when he was completely in his senses nd had all the support then hw cn I expect him to take wiser, strong decisions with his major support system Suhani gone, a Daayan Dadi nd a supposedly shocked mother... Nd to top it all the family members are in support of the marriage...

He has always needed someone to push him to take steps nd guess that's y he went to sharad, pankaj-lata for advices bt they assured him that he was right nd he keeps on going with all the crap.. That's his biggest flaw bt that is him nd we have seen this ample number of times in past too..

I don't knw I started watching nd loving the show during the somu track the same track that was bashed badly back then, so i guess if i can fall for the show at that time i've accepted the tracks nd yuvraj to be like this only...

It's not that I approve of his behaviour.. I knw he is completely wrong to give up so soon nd I really want to Suhani to take revenge bt yeah I still sympathise with him somewhat.. The only problem I have is the time.. wish they could've shown some more days lapse before the wedding bt the cvs were never perfect nd had always made silly blunders..😕

PS: Sorry for the long post bt felt like keeping my pov here... I've no intention to offend anyone bt still if i have I'm sorry... Feel free to bash or ignore..😆

Sometimes he stands beside her in the toughest of times - Pankaj track. That was a bold move to go against his beloved Dadi n sister. But then he falters in the end or totally fails,like in this track. So, what is he? What I hate about Yuvraj right now is he no longer dependable. They build him up to be a supportive, dependable hubby/person in Pankaj track... but now, it seems like you can't rely on this guy in your toughest times. He is honest but weak. I thought he could rise in times of need, given his remarkable change from Somu track till last track... but that bubble has been burst. His judgement has been strong since confession in most cases, that too has gone for a toss now. He was fair, honest and loyal in his limited scope. But the stage has moved to bigger things... will he not raise to it? How long will he be trapped in his limitations? I always wanted to see both Suhani and Yuvraj to break free of certain flaws, only then will they grow. That's a lost cause now... seems they too engrossed in their little worlds to see the fault of their own ways. Nothing is restricting Yuvraj, except his own limited thinking.

Actually you are quite right sweetie... Yuvraj has always been kinda a " what will be will be" sorta guy... not a guy of action. The one time when he truly did something radical and uncharacteristic was the whole Rohani wedding confession. Guess he was absolutely pushed to his limits at that time and hence that reaction.

Suhani has been the push in so many situations when he has stood by, helpless. Yes, they have maintained that part of his character alright. He's always been a lil flawed, not courageous enough to actually express what he genuinely wants and someone who doesn't confront issues head on.

But considering the way the CVs were developing his character in recent times, inspite of the inconsistencies, I was quite excited to see where his character goes from here. Will he be brave enough to defy all his so called well wishers?? I guess not. It's like du said in another post, I understand his majboori or whatever... but I don't "feel"it. I just don't feel sorry for his situation. He knows something sinister has happened to Suhani... how is he not bothered to find out WHAT? And main Suhani ki jagah tumhe de raha hun?? Wth was that? It's almost like "she's dead. dunno why but whatever.I'm upset/ heartbroken.I'm majboor.chal barbie you are my Suhani part 2 aka another majboori ka rishta... Whatever growth the CVs have shown in his character, they have undone it with this...

Suhani would probably have moved heaven and earth to find him or atleast what happened to him or any of her loved ones for that matter. That is the depth/intensity of her love. All her "loved" ones have let her down today. I get everyone wanting to move on... but so soon...without even examining facts. Just giving her place to some Tom/dick/harry who claims to be pregnant with her child.

All the relationships that are most important for her... didn't realize they were so brittle. It's going to be one rude awakening for our Suhani si ek ladki. And I hope when all this shit is over, she asks all these so called loved ones of hers some tough questions. Not expecting much from our jagat mata, but these idiots have to answer for this indecent hurry to "move on"
