What is Gauri Hiding?

WHAT IS GAURI HIDING?

Yuvraj has seen the tree drawings and linked them to the ones Gauri drew in her room. Soon Gauri's mask will come off, and what the mask covers will be revealed. Gauri has a huge mole, just like new Saurabh. As Mr. Daddy Birla also had the same mole, Yuvraj's brain will creak agonizingly and struggle with putting these pieces together, and he will eventually realize Gauri is his sister. Then, in a unique bonding ritual, both Yuvraj and Anuj will sport fake moles to reassure Gauri. Soon after, Gauri will become perfectly normal and have her mole removed (Saurabh, being a guy, is not required to be perfect. He can't compete with Vijay anyway), because not all actresses agree to be disfigured.

I can't wait to see what dadi pulls to get out of this one.

I also want to know why they chose the name 'Gauri', it's so unBirla-ish.

What if she is perfectly normal looking but because she is mentally under developed Dadi made it worse by making her presume she is ugly, just to keep her from coming into contact with outside world and keep her insecure about herself?
