Unless, he was very well aware of Yuvraj's timely entrance, this is too much of a risk a cupid ever took😆

Not cupid-- it's his Realization after yesterday's scene that her happiness lies with Yuvraj. Only one who can release her from this stupid vaada nibhaoing is Rohan, and Rohan is being redeemed.

Chal, dekh lenge--one of us may be right or both may be wrong.

Bul, a lot of what you say is true, and I'm tempted to accept it, but I think IF that's the case, it's been messed up--heck, it's been messed up anyway. I'm lucky--I don't even need to type out my thoughts, 'cause du's said them--thanks, du, trust you to say more or less what I think.

But It might as well have been dadi admitting she loves suhani that's hw affected I was by it. And worse I was ab to have a heart attack when he told suhani why didn't u explain to me that we won't friends but lovers hhahahahahah. That's what I saw on my subtitles no jokes lol. What the hell had sharad and his momma mia been doing for months lol. But really I could have died of laughter when he said they were lovers. I dnt think a confession scene should seem unbelievable. And here I think it was. I really dnt get the reason why they rushed this. I dnt knw what it is about this show. Its falling short I watch yhm on and off a lot(more than I do this show I only miss 1 or 2 episodes and I dnt like adverts so I change the channel so I miss a few min of the episode when it starts for this show) but when there are high points that team the entire team deliver. Really I got quite emotional when I heard the dead baby speaking to raman, so sad( and I will add that I didn't even like karan's acting to muchSAHIL ACTED BETTER). But anywayz good acting by sahil and good dialogues but a little too late and somehow a little too soon to be a true confession even though it was everything I had wanted in a confession. its a bit sad coz they gave us what we wanted bt some of us are still not happy.

Sandi my love, you're the only one who's as hard a nut as I in this case.

I won't go so far as to say it might as well have been dadi, but I expected a damn sight more oooh moments, which I didn't feel. I found Sahil so much better on second viewing (and on a bigger screen), but where was the process? It jumped from one point to another bypassing an important aspect.
That got me too--he didn't say lovers, he said why didn't she make him understand their relationship wasn' friendship but love. Hello! You'd run and hide in the shower, that's why.
Right--too late and too soon is exactly correct. You astonish me sometimes.

That " Why din't you make me understand?" was preceded by " you call me sadu" , " you fight with me yet make me understand eventually" ... so he is probably stressing that he has been arrogant enough to not accept their relation... more than a complaint, it was a kind of sad, desperate reflection on his part implying "if only somehow I could've managed to understand earlier! You are the one who can make me. Then why din't you?". He was regretting not being the brightest tubelight around.Yeah, Yuvraj, easy to say now, when the bug has bitten.

I think why many people felt lack of impact was because the confession was not between the two only.. If the confession was personal with not such a huge audience than it would be more impactful .. Certain things Yuvraj could have said if not for so many people, and because of this situation also he was constrained as she is almost getting married to another guy and he is in desperation and just wants to stop her and let her know of his love..
Another thing was that it was a one-sided confession and two-sided confessions are always more beautiful..or even if not two sided, if the other person can reciprocate with dialogues and actions, they are more engaging..here all Suhani could say under the circumstances was"tumne boat der kar di Yuvraj".>Under different circumstances even if there would have been tears, there could have been a lot of other possibilities...And clearly it cannot be compared to drunk scene because that was the first clear acceptance of Yuvraj even if in drunk state..it was kind of a confession for me because Yuvraj indicated with his actions and words about his feelings for Suhani..totally unfiltered it was so that scene had its own charm..Here he was desperate and had to express himself totally in front of all and Yuvraj always faces problem expressing his feelings of love etc..

I actually liked that the confession was in front of an audience. Yuvraj begging, looking like he is about to die was always my dream lol.

Hey Ani, DU, Sandy, Bul... loved reading your views and discussion... I think this forum dissects and discusses the nitty gritties of SSEL much more than the CVs😊
I do get your points of view and agree to an extent... I haven't been watching the show since a while and now , just watched a couple of episodes back to back... the realization has been rather rushed and inconsistent... but true to character, Yuvraj jaise tubelight ko ek Zor ka Jhatka lag kar hi samajh aayega na (literally this time too 😆)

The build up was a little disappointing, but I have lowered my standards as far as the CVs of SSEL goes... C'mon guys you know them!! Between the lot, if they create 1 good episode per week it's great 😉 and 2... its a bloody miracle!! 👏👏 Isliye SSEL episode to episode hi judge karti hun main ab 😛

I loved the confession episode in itself actually , irrespective of previous or upcoming episodes... It seemed very real as far as Yuvraj's character goes .The dialogues were genuine, very Yuvraj and not exaggerated or over the top... He did accept his idiocy in not understanding her or their relationship, his inability to express himself , his ignorance of what he truly felt for her... And I actually liked what he said about her manofying him, supporting him, making him happy... he not only loves her but he loves the way she makes him feel... She is the reason for his happiness... if thats not love, then what is?

Of course, the credit for the impact of the confession , on me atleast, goes to Sahil... What a splendid performance!! 👏 He made me feel more for Yuvraj... much more than he deserves.

As far as I'm concerned, Is Yuvraj redeemed?? NOPE...NOT BY A LONG SHOT!! There is so much more that he has to make up as far as Suhani or Yuvani go...

But this confession, makes me wanna give him a genuine chance... and root for his redemption track!! 😊

Oh yes, lowered and lowered standards, so we eventually accept what we're given because of the few things we like.

Sahil is a star--doubt anyone else could've made us feel sorry for Yuvraj or not want to kick his teeth in.

No, he's not yet redeemed--let's see what he does from here on.
