I don't get it.

Dadi's mentality is hard to understand. Seems her husband and her son were both hard working men...if they had been alive or at least if Yuvraj's dad was alive, his sons might have turned out as more responsible adults...I just don't get how you can run a company bearing your name but not work a day in it...😕 What will Dadi get at the end of the day by making her grandkids so useless? Will she get an award or a medal for it? If Suhani hadn't come into the picture and if Pratima hadn't admitted that there is a problem which is her fault, and needs to be solved then not only the Birla boys but even their kids would probably grow up thinking that they shouldn't work...it's a very hard to digest logic. If anything they will be richer and more respected in society if they worked and earned the money they spend so freely...but the way they are at the moment, I find it hard to believe that anyone in their town could possibly respect them even an ounce.

Pratima is a big failure. The sons do respect her so her failure seems even bigger because they might have listened to her if she tried instead of standing around...Dadi is unreal...and that's it. I have yet to meet anyone like Dadi in real life. The richest business family I know has kids who ended up following in their parents' footsteps and leading the business and when they had kids, they got an education and got jobs in different corporations ...so they didn't stick to the family business but they branched out and still had careers. How can you just pass your life sitting at home?

Dadi is a psycho and a control freak. May be this is her way to keep everyone in line so that nobody can defy her. When you work, you start to become independent, confident and having your own mind. Dadi didn't want that. This is why all her grandkids are spineless sissies. I just wonder if Birla boys have dreams at all.

I agree with you but honestly now that the problem has been fully exposed it';s time they solve it convincinlgy ...I want to see each of these Birla boys become someone in that company ...earn their paychecks...that's a track which would be fun to watch and I'd like to see what changes they go through as they become more independent and learn to stand up on their own two feet...hope they screw Dadi over

Yeah I don't get it either , Dadi's stupid 'logic' and backward thinking is stopping the Birla sons from living normal lives . They need to show Pratima and the BBs (Birla Boys) less weak . They are blessed with a voice , so they use it . Even if they can't stand up against Dadi - the least they can do is stand up against Ragini and Menka . It looks like Anuj and Sauravbh are scared of their wives!! 😆
