i agree with this. you are right, pratima thought A girl is pretty, so cant be good.
and she forced her opinion on yuvraj, which is the most heinous act ever.

I know that Pratima love Su but I didn't liked her act yesterday. I think she was selfish in doing that.
She thought of herself and her family not about Suhani.

What shocked me more was the brazen way in which Pratima said in front of Suhani that she would do it again, without any regret. 😕😕 How selfish.

As Freebird said, she thought about Yuvraj, but she didn't think about Suhani AT ALL. Ultimately, even she used Suhani like a pawn for her own mission- 'Reform Yuvraj and make him understand the value of a good heart'. 😡 She didn't seem to think how Suhani would live with JerkRaj and the fact that Suhani would suffer in the highly antagonistic environment of BH.

I think it's very sad that ultimately, there is no one who thinks on Suhani's behest. Yuvraj has ShaTima, Dadi, but Suhani only has her family- Pankaj, Lata and Bhavna. Like Pratima, Pankaj was also selfish and sentenced Suhani to lifelong purgatory.

Pratima basically admitted yesterday that she was only thinking about Yuvraj when she made that decision. It was HIGHLY selfish, IMO. She played a part in essentially destroying Suhani's life. 😡😡 What irritates me is that she isn't sorry about it, in the least. 🤢

actually she thinks what she did was right, wow she said this boldly over and over again.
and also said that she will do it again in the future with no remorse. wow, she knows more conspiracy than dadi. and people thought she is simple and honest.
and what kind of a plan was that to bring in suhani to change things, but not support her and remain silent. i think she should have changed their mindset herself, if she really wanted a change.

So agree with you, Apu, sonarikafan. She had no regret! I am sure that the cvs meant us to take it as a compliment to suhani, but it's so very wrong. AS IF anyone can see a 'nice' girl and decide she can change the whole ambience of that hellhole they live in. At this stage in that chamber of horrors, I'm glad that at least suhani did not embrace 'maa' and thank her for her confidence. Small mercies

@Sona- Pratima is definitely not in Dadi's category, for sure.

However, I think she expected Suhani to be the one true antidote to Dadi's poisonous influence on Yuvraj, but she never thought that Suhani can't be the sole warrior who takes up the cudgels of change in BH. She needed ShaTima's direct and not 'hidden' support.

Although she didn't intend to, Pratima sent Suhani into the snake's lair as a lone wolf, and expected her to 'right' everything that's wrong with BH.

Very unfair of her to dump so much on Suhani, as if she is Superwoman. 😳 Suhani doesn't have some magic wand with which she can magically change Yuvraj. I hate this idea of the woman being some kind of reformer for her husband.

Yuvraj can change only when HE wants to, not because Suhani holds his hand and leads him towards the light at the end of the tunnel.
