This goes back to the soft spot that Yuvraj has for Soumya.

Somehow, he is more forgiving of her than Suhani and has more compassion for her. As you said, he even forgot that she essentially cheated him into marrying Suhani. 😲😲 I think he thinks of her as a fallen angel- a good but misled girl. 🤢🤢🤢 This is why he is so charitable and soft with her.

He liked her before, so he wants to believe the best of her. Thinks of her as a damsel in distress and she is a great ego booster for a guy like Yuvraj- someone who needs him constantly. 😕

Elita, I think you've articulated just why yuvraj's behavior with snaky irritates or enrages. It's not his being nice to snaky per se, so much as his not-so-niceness with someone he's owes kindness and niceness to far more and who we see deserves it more, but is left to largely struggle on with unscrupulous tactics used by evil types. It's the inherent unfairness in his attitude to these two that's the reason for most forum members being either fed up, wanting yuvraj hurt as much as he's hurt suhani, directly and indirectly, and for being at or close to the point of wanting him out of her life.

Apurva, I know you have often commented on just this dichtomy angering you, and I keep forgetting to comment on it.
