Awesome post and the battle lines have definitely been drawn its too bad that yuvraj doesn't know all the players(so he is playing hald blind) and suhani doesn't even know there is a battle going on. Bt with menka around she got to catch up sometime hopefully. And really dadi treats menka no better than she treats suhani. The only diff is that menka isn't dark so besides her dumbness she cnt pick on anything else ab her bt the treatment is the same. If anything I bet the old hag wnt mind kicking her out as well if she got the chance. U know I dnt get dadi sometimes and her treatment of the ppl around her and then the way she is. The way she gave the sari's was in order biggest to smallest and even b4 as well if it was suhani's right than she wnt step in her way. I always felt when they turned her totally negative and mean(suhani's bday and the snoopy mix up) it didn't quite go with her character yes she has a pathetic mind bt she had a certain self righteousness to her character that made me feel like she would always do the right thing. But now that they took that away she has truly gone loony. And also the way she does things in order make me also wonder why she has more faith in yuvraj then saurabh? Does she notice something ab saurabh that we dnt and I really cnt wait for the show to go more into that character and show us his real self. I wonder when this would happen though. I think some1 should send msgs to the cvs telling them about our love for saurabh coz really hardly any scenes and even if he isn't in the episode like today somehw he dominates our thoughts. I hope they dnt make him evil though
Yeah, Menka is always playing second fiddle to Ragini and sonarikan once said that Menka was the dumb crony. 😆 Absolutely right. Dadi considers Ragini to be her lieutenant but Menka is the sweat worker. It won't be long before Menka switches sides. 😉
Coming to Dadi, I feel that she was learning to tolerate Suhani but she went back to square one when she found out Yuvraj doesn't love her and Pankaj blackmailed him. So, I think that is consistent enough with her personality. She thinks Suhani is being forced upon Yuvraj plus she hates her, so why wouldn't she want to get rid of Suhani? It's a win-win situation for her, as far as she's concerned.
I think the sibling rivalry will be explored by the CVs later. Technically, according to Indian customs, Saurabh should be the Birla torchbearer, but I think he is too repulsed by the way Dadi runs BH. This is why he chooses to stay away and he realises it, as you pointed out, so it will be talked about.
