Why I think Yuvraj HAS NEVER and WILL NEVER love Soumya!

Okay guys, gonna be a long post, so settle down. 😉

I remember a few days back that people were quite scared that Yuvi might just fall for Soumya AGAIN, but here's my list of reasons why I think Yuvraj has never and will never love Soumya.

1. Infatutation- Yes, I don't believe that Yuvraj ever loved Soumya to begin with! If you notice their pre-marriage interaction, Yuvraj treated her like a business acquisition. He saw her, and his Birla brain told him that she was the right one for him. But why? Her beauty, status and well...err...her beauty made him believe that she would be the right choice for the wife of THE Yuvraj Birla. What organ did he use to take this decision?? His Birla Brain.

It was like a business deal where he counted her advantages on his fingertips and then decided to acquire her, as he felt she would add to his and his family's status. This was a decision made by Dadi's Yuvraj, the guy who valued fairness=beauty and therefore believed beauty is the most important quality in a person. Some testosterone was involved too- 'cause which guy doesn't like a pretty girl? 🤪

What wasn't involved? His heart. He never spent time thinking about Soumya's laughter, or what he likes about her as a person, what they would talk about etc. It was just Soumya the face, not the person. He never thought about her likes and dislikes, her virtues and vices, turn-ons and turn-offs etc.

2. Post Marriage with Suhani- Sure, he was disappointed, angry, bitter and hurt. But we never saw him pine for Soumya. If Soumya were truly the love of his life, then he would have been shattered and destroyed at losing her. He would have screamed, pulled his hair, cried but we never saw that level of pain in him 'cause he never loved her in the first place. It was all infatuation and physical attraction that fizzled out later, as we are seeing right now.🥱

Even when he was sticking it to Soumya by getting close to Suhani in front of her, it was always to show her how she missed out on THE Yuvraj Birla, rich kid extraordinaire and in stead married a driver's son, which in his book was a grave insult. Again, like a slighted businessman who tries to show the other party all they missed out on by not inking a deal with him. He doesn't care about her well-being, what has happened to her, doesn't check if she's happy in her marriage with Krishna, just kind of forgets her until she appears again, and his first reaction to her is unbridled anger.

He became involved in his marriage with Suhani and forgot about Soumya, totally unlike someone in love. We have seen great lovers on Indian TV, the kind who live for their loves, die for their loves and sacrifice everything for them, however, here's a guy who would rather play with Snoopy than think about Somu.😕

3. Falling for Suhani and his attitude towards Soumya- After Soumya has moved into Birla House, his attitude to her has become very customary and formal- like anybody would treat their wife's BFF if she were staying in the house. He has started falling for Suhani and his whole being is concentrated on her- whether it is his appreciation, anger, laughter, mischief, all of it is for Suhani.
Remember the Kabaddi match? He was solely focused on Suhani, didn't care two hoots for Soumya when she got hurt and was all about making Suhani jealous when Dadi/Soumya manipulated him. When he was hugging Soumya, it was Suhani he was looking at. He was consistently focused only on Suhani. 😳

Then came the biggest proof, the accident. When our loved ones are in danger, especially physically, our concern and love for them flows out of us like unrestrained magma, no matter how much we try to hide it. However, Mr.Yuvraj was busy thinking about shielding Suhani, apologising to Soumya on her behalf and again was nice to Soumya as a formality. Look at Krishna's reaction- he was like a fish without water, Yuvraj was kind of like a sluggish cow. 😆 So not the way someone in love reacts.

We have more recent incidents, calling Suhani "tumhari bhabhi" and a host of other endearments while calling Somu "Woh Soumya", going as lattu as his friends over Suhani, blabbering on about the Suhani virus and being an all round love struck goofball around Suhani, while only paying attention to pasta in the presence of Soumya, and that too Suhani's pasta. ☺️ He completely ignores Soumya and has no time for her. If it were true love, how did it disappear in just a few months? Shouldn't he relish and cherish these moments with her or try to rekindle his romance? Okay, so he's a principled guy, but there is no secret longing for Soumya either. He has moved on and he was able to, 'cause it was just a crush and not love.

Awesome wall of text. You summarized the man's weak emotions for Soumya for which that idiot is destroying two relationships for now...her relationship with Suhani & Krishna. What a fool. I wouldn't even call his "love" for Soumya a crush. It looked like the crush you have on your teacher when you're in the 5th grade. It's over as soon as it started.

Like I said once...err, in some post, lol can't remember...after marriage he was frustrated mostly due to the fact that he was forced into it, and that Suhani had certain expectations which he thought he couldn't fulfill since he didn't love her like that. Her father also was always hovering over his shoulder about the loan and about treating Suhani well. I think it's mostly Suhani's father that pissed Yuvraj off. The whole manly testosterone thing got in the way, plus his ego. Her father suspected him and his honesty, and he used to take anger out on Suhani for all that. He didn't miss Soumya for one second or cry about the fact that she wasn't his.

I think he was just overwhelmed with the fact that he was now stuck in this unwanted relationship where he thought no one could be happy and Suhani wouldn't be able to takecare of his family. But Suhani is happy, Suhani took care of everyone and is still doing so, and now he's starting to get very attached to her too.

Soumya was like a fleeting infatuation which he'll surely regret very soon.

Pankaj will be back soon I feel. If the buzz of what Soumya is doing reaches Suhani's family then Pankaj will be after Yuvraj. Plus I think if Yuvani get separated, other than Dadi, Pankaj will be the biggest hurdle for them to cross.

I too always felt that it wasn't love but infatuation on the part of Yuvraj. True love isn't forgotten that easily. His attitude towards Soumya after his marriage might give an impression that he loved her so he wanted to make her jealous by showing closeness to Suhani but it was more of the ego thing playing out. I guess the great Yuvraj Birla couldn't handle the rejection so he did what he did. When he came to know that the girl actually refused him for a driver's son, he got something to act on. He just did to satisfy his ego and as you said, to make Soumya realize what she lost to make her feel bad.
