I'm unable to update my display picture.

I have asked before: could there be a My Comments page in member profiles, similar to My Posts?

For example, that would help the DT to deal with the 8 comments by this Newbie whose 2 posts are spam.

Use the "Retrieve Old Account?" option on that page. It will ask you to submit your old email / username and the new working email.

Once that is submitted it will send a mail to us and on inspection it will be approved from our end. That would update your email to the the new one.

You will get a mail asking you to reset the new email address.

I tried to retrieve account option, but it says no record found.

I put the right non working email and my username. Both are correct as I have not changed my username and that’s the only email I had used in the past.

Please suggest as I do not want to end up creating new account. I have been so long here and would prefer not to start from the start.

i have been a writing a ff for a while now

my first account got lost so i made an new account

i have updating on this account but suddenly i can`t update anymore

it`s showing that it`s spam

can you please help me to solve the problem?

I had this problem with my very first post on India Forums, which was a fan fiction.

When I tried posting the first couple of paragraphs only, it went through. Then I edited to add more, and more. I quickly discovered that the word "investments" was detected as spam. I changed it to "money" and the whole chapter got posted right away.

Came across this on Twitter, and IMO Chaskameter needs a massive revamp to its algo.

KKB is second on this list 😲, and it's literally a dead forum. No EDT updates for months, no real discussions of note (just one new thread in the last month, and that hasn't had any reply either )

In fact, the last one in the list (Dhruv Tara) has far better engagement and discussion going on than KKB. Look at the Hall of fame numbers for the last week which is a reasonable indicator of engagement- KKB just has 2 (yes, just two- so only two posts got one like each 🤡)

Some of CM's metrics I think need a serious reworking- it gives too much weightage to past metrics (like followers/subscribers) rather than current ones (threads being created, number of unique participants in those threads etc). DT has just 28 followers; KKB has 1146 (because it's a decade old serial), which I suspect is a massive reason for the latter's better CM numbers (776)

Facing 2 issues today.

1. Tags do not work if i add it before posting but if i edit my posted comment and tag ppl it works.

2. There is some issue with the quotes hyperlink. For eg in this post a user has quoted my comment. If i click on post which is posted. It lands on page 4. But my comment is in page 3.
