You can log in via FB or Google ..then reach reach this page via settings ..then edit n save new email or phone number

hey I want to change the current email to gmail.
and do not have google email now for IF or facebook account.

Sure you can.. you are able to log into IF presently ..go to settings …. type new email ID ..You will get confirmation code in your new email .

where do I type in email? can you please give screen shot
when I go to setting it takes me to login page
also My current password is less than 6 words so it is asking me to change but I can not until email is changed

Settings ..>>>>login >>>>manage your account >>>>profile >>>>type your new email in the screen shot I showed you .

When I go to setting it is not letting me log in
It says password should be more than 6 words
So that’s where I am stuck. It is not taking me to mange my profile page
I am now afraid if I log out I will not be able to log in again
