Forgot to mention that she had deactivated her account and hence is unable to login and hide the posts...

you need to send her profile ID and the post where she has mentioned her personal details to the Global moderator or section moderator.

Nothing will happen, everybody goes mute when you approach them about an issue like this. I myself have been facing this since last year, I've been PMing the forum moderators who keep saying to get in touch with global moderators, I PM the global moderators but nobody till date has replied to it. And it's again back to square one. And the funniest part is that the forum that my self banned friend had posted those personal info is still active till date and will never be locked. Yet the moderators aren't able to help me with trashing those locked posts 10 years back which have a lot of personal information. So to cut long story short, you will never get a solution for this.

And if that wasn't enough, all of a sudden IF has decided to show back all the posts of banned members which till last week were hidden, many of whom have taken self bans due to privacy issues long back. And the active members have been bumping those old closed threads and are now stalking. I have continuously posted here for the last two days asking Vijay and other global moderators for a solution for this yet they are replying to every post except mine.

So don't get your hopes up with any solution for this. This site will try and adapt every feature of other social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc but till date has forgotten to adapt the basic feature of privacy and the freedom other sites give in deactivating one's account!

Let's take this discussion to the PM and share the link where it is showing so that we can address it.

We do allow hibernation option and also the option to hide individual posts (for forums / topics that are locked).

Once a user is suspended / hibernated we do anonymise their posts so their username is not shown and nor anyone can see their list of posts or quote them. This is generally how forums like StackOverflow works.
