New Feature: New Q&A Topics

Hi,

We are excited to add another Topic Type : Question & Answers.

So if a user has a question they can select the Topic Type as "Q&A" while creating the topic. And users can start posting their comments or answers.

And the topic starter has the ability to Approve the same as Correct Answer and which will start coming to the first page just after the Question.

So that next time when someone is searching the same question they wont have to search the whole topic thread to find if there is any correct answer.

And secondly there will be a special badge for someone who gives most correct answers in such topics.
