Didnt even realise the old design was a trimurthi because it was too small to make out. And never really noticed it on the banner. The forum definitely needs a major revamp and boast. So i don't mind starting with the small things . Logo however much important doesnt count for much in terms of features and making the forum experience better. I am more excited for the mobile app though much needed especially when every small or big business has a mobile app these days. Also like others have pointed out there are alot of stuff that need to be remodeled and fixed that would actually make the forum experience better.

More fonts.
More/better emoticons.
It would be beyond amazing if we could upload images from our phones/computers- uploading everything to image hosting sites is a pain. Plus the images are lost if they are deleted from the image hosting site which wouldnt be the case if we uploaded them from our computers as with facebook/twitter.
Pm lists
There should be some form of notification to know we have new scraps like we have with new pm's
The red stars background of IF needs a major make over 😆 I don't know if it would be feasible but it would be cool if we could have an image pertaining to respective forum in the BG when we are in that forum instead of the same back ground everywhere.
Also something is going wrong with IF formatting these days please fix that. more formatting options like copying one formatting onto another text like in word would be great.
Most of all very excited about the mobile app again 😆 but i agree about the complexity of the system and coding since i've tried to decipher IF's code myself 🤣 so take your time and all the best 😆 I understand its a herculean task 🤣

Thats all i can think of for now 😆. Good to hear some interesting news about IF after long time. Eager to see what else is in store 😆

I like the idea of a new logo even though the old one is good. This one remind me of the Google play logo even though the mobius strip style is nice in trying to get across unity. My main problem is that it's too thick/clunky as a logo. It could be sleeker. The strip itself is really thick so is not pleasing on the eye. You can hardly make out the play button kind of image in the middle. I want to see it with a thinner strip first.

Maybe you could have a speech bubble/circle with one of the current coloured people in it or all three which would also nod back to the old one. The circle could be coloured fading from the current orange, blue and green.

But I definitely agree IF needs a makeover, a mobile app and a better way to connect with members. Definitely more emoticons and fonts and for some strange reason I want half a like button because sometimes I only agree with half a post and not the other half. But that is not totally necessary. Furthermore I want to be able to delete topics from my the 'my posts' page because it is not good having 20+ pages there hogging up server data. The time set should recognise the country you are from and adjust accordingly and maybe a way to upload signatures on your profile page. That would be a cool thing, like your own banner space visible when someone goes to your profile. There's a massive space there is you don't have testimonials. Edit: one more, please let there be an option to delete your account. Either let the Mods do it or give the member the option to do so. It would free up a lot of space and accounts.

really appreciate all ur efforts vijay bro...

please do something about copying...as writers this is our main concern as people do usually copy paste our work without giving credit and getting authority...

and no copy rule only applies on first page...even there, the writer himself/herself cant get his/her piece back by editing after the post is locked...

2nd is sending out pms...it should be made more easy...

and 3rd, the ligning of buddy list...if you have to delete few ppl, you have to go through pages, delete one buddy than again go through the whole list to delete others...

please do something about it too..

Vijay, thanks for your efforts in trying to improve IF experience 👍🏼

I understand the difficulties that are being faced with the current logo, still its tough to move on form it.

The new one looks good, just that it doesn't have any connect with the old one.
Isn't it feasible to design something that looks similar to the older one or gives the same feel?

Regarding other changes,
-it would be good to have all emos at one place, instead of having to open a new pop up which doesn't usually work on slow connections.
-App is a very much welcome, but please develop one for Windows Phone as well along with Android and iOS 😆
-direct uploading of images would help a lot!
