Problem with posting animated gif

I am trying to include an animated gif in my post but having issues.

i uploaded the animated gif file to urlremoved and I pasted the BB code of the animated gif file in my post. The animated gif appears fine when i do preview. But once i post it, the gif does not appear but rather a small box with a red square appears.

Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

Hey!

I think first of all, Newbies are not allowed to post pictures/Gifs till they become Groupbie or higher ladder.

Moreover, you can upload your animated GIF to either www.imageshack.us OR www.imgur.com OR www.minus.com .

And after that copy the code for forums from there and paste it here. And you're done.

If that does not happen , then we have BB Codes for posting images/Gifs etc., which appears just below the box where you type your comment or Post as Forum Codes.

Write these tags for posting Gif / Imgaes [IMG*]DirectLinkOfImageHere[/*IMG]

After that Remove * (abstract) sign in between from G and ] and / and I .

It should help you solve your problem.
