URG: Problem AGAIN with Updating Profile [Page 3]

Hi,

So I've been trying to update my profile, but every time I try to click the option of 'Update Profile' a tab opens up saying "Invalid Email ID". When I try to click the 'Ok' button to re-fill my email ID, this tab of Invalid stuff turns up again. It just doesn't let me update my profile! I can go to My Dashboard, but I cannot update anything.

I'm using a Mac OS X Mavericks. [I'm not sure if this may be happening because I just got a newer software update]

Someone, anyone's help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reporting the issue. Will check the same with Mac OSX at my end and will revert back.

Any progress on this, Vijay? I'm still facing the same problem consistently.
Hope it's sorted soon, please keep me posted on the same.

The same issue is happening with me as well and I'm using Mac too. Hope to hear from the tech team soon.

well i can be wrong but i don't think it's a OS specific issue. Try updating your browser to the latest version (if you haven't...) may resolve this i guess 😕 or it will be a complete technical problem which random OS users may face :/

I have already updated mine, and the problem only started after I got it updated. 🤔

Nope, I'm using Safari.
