Sorry for the delay as I am not able to get my Mac to update to the latest version. Will try it tomorrow again.

What are you trying to update on your Profile? Are you trying to leave the email field blank?

No Vijay, I am trying to update my signature box. However, it does not even let me get there. This is what I do:

1. Open My Dashboard:


2. When I click that superscript edit which is near the Profile tab:


That's exactly when this error turns up:


PS- I have not erased my email ID from here, it happened on it's own. And even if I want to try to add the email ID, it does not let me. The error keeps coming up even after clicking 'ok'.

I hope you're getting this?

At my end I can see your email is registered properly. I tested the same at my end with latest Safari browser and it is working fine.

However what I would suggest is that can you try to update your profile using FireFox or Chrome?

If there's no other option, I will definitely use Chrome.

Hi Vijay,

I've been using Chrome for India-Forums' surfing for about two months now. I don't have a major problem with this, but is there any way that things can work for Safari? I mean, within these months has the technical DT come up with a solution?

Push up for this problem since the problem has now started with Google Chrome. I cannot update my profile. Admin, is there any solution to this? Can the technical team please check?
