How does a CC get 'reviewed'?

As for your first question, 'how does a cc get reviewed by mods', it is brought to our attention when members report it.

Now with regards to IO CCs, the sole purpose is to allow members to freely discuss their likes and dislikes in a civil manner without breaching any of the rules. If a member randomly decides to report content from IO CC that does not violate rule, then the member who reports will be penalized as per the stalking rule. However, if the content does indeed violate rules, further review is conducted and the reporter will not be subjected to the stalking rule.

IO CCs are not to be used to discuss other fan bases/ forum issues as in most cases such end in bashing of fan bases with further instigation. Lately, IO CCs are being used for this purpose! This is strictly prohibited. Discussion on actors are permitted as long as it abides by the rules (and does not contain any derogatory activities).

When there are numerous posts that violate rule, the post normally gets closed for temporary review and depending on the number of open warning given previously, the CC may be closed for a prolonged period of time and if the members still continue to breach rules in the particular cc, it will be closed permanently.

As long as the IO CCs are used in the right manner and not to plot against others or personally attack/ bash other fan bases/ celebrities, this may be avoided.
